Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Indian River Shores

This place is ideal for boaters and pet loves. The room was perfect size for us and the boat dockage was great( we had a 26ft bay boat and had to utilize the provided ladders). The host was great, the pool was perfect after a day one the water, and the dog area was fenced in. Everything g was walkable and we enjoyed the music from across the way at night. We will definitely be back.

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Beautiful and unique space close to everything. Loved being able to ride my bike everywhere. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Screened porch was amazing for taking in afternoon thunderstorms.

Very cute place. Very clean inside. Loved the amenities given including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I brought my parents and uncle, who are 80, 87, 89 to the area to attend their granddaughters high school graduation. My sister and family visited us every afternoon and cooked dinner for our parents and uncle. The house was perfect, we all stayed outside in the screened in porch from the time we got up until bedtime. My 80 year old mom and 89 year old uncle (they are siblings) loved taking a dip in the pool. The pool steps and hand rails made this possible for them. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The relaxed setting sparked lots of forgotten memories. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Close to grocery stores. It has been a perfect week for our family and would recommend to anyone. coming to the area. I am hopeful we will have another opportunity at some time.

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Our second time staying here. It's perfect. This will be the place we stay on our next trip. Has always been qiuck to respond and take care of any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay again. This home has everything you need especially for a extended stay.

The house is lovely- Bryan was helpful when we had issues with our hire car. We would happily return and love the whole set up. His house is great - if you’re thinking of going there. Do it.

what an incredible 3 night's we had. I cannot recommend drew's place enough. The house is incredible, beautifully laid out, squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The location is very quiet and pretty. The pool is divine. Drew is very responsive to our every need. If I was returning to vero I would head straight back without any thought of going elsewhere. Thankyou Drew for a wonderful stay with wonderful memories.

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was BEAUTIFUL! The perfect size for our group! We were fantasizing about being able to live there. Every single aspect of it was 10 out of 10. It was EXTRA COOL that beach amenities were available! We have family in the area and we hope to be able to use this place every time we visit. The location is great. Only a 5 minute drive to the water front at the Indian River. Sand Bars, restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores... ALL close. I cant say enough good things about this place. 10 outta 10 would recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! While it was just two of us, the space could easily and comfortably host a large family. We loved the beach chairs provided and used them for our daily trips to the beach (which is a short 15 min drive from the home). The pool was pristine and the surroundings were beautiful. We spent time on the lanai playing cards while enjoying the peaceful, serene views of the backyard and lake. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Linens and beds were great. Shopping & restaurants were blocks away. Neighborhood felt incredibly safe and neighbors greeted us when we jogged in the morning. A wonderful, relaxing stay that we would highly recommend!

We had a great stay and best part was Emily let us check-in early and was very responsive! location was perfect for us with two young kids needing a quiet night's sleep.

This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location with tons of amenities! While it was in a large gated neighborhood it still had a very quiet and private feel. Everything we needed to go to the beach was available in the condo, chairs, umbrellas, towels all included. 10/10 would stay again!

The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Walkable distance to the beach and multiple pools in the complex. We loved our stay!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
