This was a great value for the area. Walking distance to town. Charlevoix is a bustling place so it was great to park at apartment and walk where ever we wanted to go. Brandon was very responsive and proactive on giving us check-in instructions. Everything was exactly as described so I had no reason to contact him during our stay. We will definitely stay again!

I have stayed s at Ryan’s place a couple of times and highly recommend it. It is very clean and the area is very quiet.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

What a welcoming little home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed, including lots of recommendations for local things to do. We enjoyed walking to the Saturday morning farmer’s market and picked up some locally made soaps, pasta, and sweets! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated…a relaxing color palette with mid century modern touches throughout. We enjoyed morning coffee while watching the chipmunks and birds play outside. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was tucked back in such a beautiful, peaceful setting in the woods. Space and yard were even bigger than anticipated, pictures didn’t quite do this place justice! We had everything we needed at Dawns space. Very cute area and close to Mackinac island. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Carly's Aframe with our puppa for a relaxing/private weekend to unwind. The weather cut our stay short, but we absolutely loved the time we had and wished it had been longer! The Aframe is absolutely beautiful. It's cozy, comfy, and Carly truly thought about all the details. With the Aframe being dog friendly, there was items for my puppa to use (dog dish, blanket, garbage bags for outside, and a fenced in area). When some weather rolled in, Carly was kind and proactive in responding to us and ensuring we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here, and my little family will definitely be back!

This place was VERY clean and spacious. We appreciated the welcome snacks, kitchen utensils/pots/pans, and having extra blankets for hanging out on the couch. This was as described on the listing. Our intention was to explore Mackinac Island. This home was about 30 minutes to the ferry for Mackinac Island. It was about 15 minutes to Petosky, where there are lots of restaurants, shopping, & beaches.

Terry's property is excellent. She and her main man do absolutely everything to make your stay a great experience. She communicates very well. All of our questions were addressed perfectly. We will be renting from Terry next year again. HIGHLY recommend her properties to anyone. You will not be disappointed! The amenities provided were a very nice touch. 5 stars all around!!

This has been my favorite Air BNB to stay. Everything was exactly as portrayed in photos. Very clean, beds cozy, check-in/out smooth, & we were able to use the pool & jacuzzi!

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

We loved our stay at Wildwood Lodge! The property is on a barely traveled road and feels secluded (only one neighbor is visible but it does not impede on enjoying any of the hang out areas). The house was really well appointed with amenities (towels, kitchen gadgets/utensils) and was kept very clean. Loved the oversized couch to hang out on and then front porch for morning coffee. The small front fenced in area was perfect for our pups. We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing get away! i definitely recommend david and nicole's airbnb if you're looking in this area! they were very precise with location, recommendations, check in/out directions! we loved our stay!

Loved our stay in Michigan, we loved the privacy that the Airbnb gave us and the jacuzzi was so worth it!

This was probably the best AirBnB I’ve stayed in to date. The cleanliness was near pristine, it had anything you could possibly need (the water station was a lifesaver!! And so thoughtful too). She provided multiple recommendations of activities to do nearby with my family, places to eat, and great instructions for being able to use the amenities within the community. Not to mention the home was beautiful. It was perfect for a getaway and I would absolutely consider booking again if I were ever in the area. We didn’t have a dog with us, but I love that they also had a large dog kennel on site for those that do bring a dog. Overall, a wonderful stay and experience!

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

We had a great stay, the listing was just as described. Comfortable, clean and close to the pool/playground- perfect for our young kids. Perfect location for skiing. Crystal was very responsive and made sure we had a smooth check-in and had everything we needed. Will definitely visit again!

It’s a beautiful quiet place, lots do inside. My family loved the selection of games. Our WiFi went out at one point and the host was quick to come and fix it! Will definitely keep this place in mind if we come here again

The host for friendly and proactive. He was quick to response with our questions. His place is very cute and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and it was very cleaned. My mom and I enjoyed it very much and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We selected this home to reunite our adult children and revisit waterways. It exceeded our expectations. Open floor plan made it so nice for meal prep, card games and lazy mornings. Each bedroom had fans and t.v.s. master has it's own bath. patio outside of sliders with table made outside meals nice. Everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to beach stuff provided. plenty of parking, enough room for pontoon. Large backyard. Firepit was very private, surrounded by woods. No nearby neighbors, but felt very safe. Boy scout park and short dirt roads short walk in either direction bring you to see beautiful sunsets. Had the power go out from fallen tree and Kayla responded immediately with updates. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to kick back with the family with all the room and privacy we needed to spend time with family.

Mark is a great host. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for 2 trucks with boat.

This is a lovely location in a quiet area on a canal with boat dock right out the back door with all the home amenities you could need. The accommodations has three spacious bedrooms and a large living room area that worked well for 3 couples. The large game room is also great for rain days or evening game nights. The hosts very accommodating and easy to work with, the space was clean and I would recommend this location for your vacation getaway.

This was the perfect location to stay for a quick getaway up north. We had family visiting and took a day trip to Mackinaw Island. Indian River alone is a cute small town with a great breakfast spot. It’s close to 75 and easy to find. The house provided a great view with a lot of room. We would definitely book again!

Jessica was great, always went above and beyond to make our stay great. If we needed anything she was just a phone call away. She is a great host and I would recommend to everyone to come stay with her. Give her 5 stars on everything.
