A refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee pot with complementary coffee, creamer and sugar are available. Coffee cups, plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans and silverware are provided for use. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.

A perfect location for all outdoor activities, our house is located just 0.2 miles from Indian River Marina with access to both Burt and Mullett Lakes. There is a snowmobiling/walking trail in the backyard. Go on a short walk to downtown Indian River for ice cream and shopping. It's a perfect Up North location!
