Vero Beach, a hidden gem nestled direct on Ambersand Beach, the heart of the Treasure Coast with incredible views from the rooftop terrace. The views are incredible from the large rooftop terrace with seating/lounge chairs to sunbathe and enjoy the sunrise from the Atlantic with your coffee and the sunset overlooking the Indian River with your cocktail. Private Paradise. Quiet beach neighborhood. Walk down a sandy road under the cover of a luscious tree canopy. You are steps away from your private dog friendly beach on the east side of A-1A. Home has a huge cozy upper porch. The screened in back patio gives you complete privacy. The patio also has a gas BBQ, Smoker and table and swinging chairs to relax in. There is an oversized private outdoor shower with hot & cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

This house was absolutely stunning! Very clean, beautiful decorated, every room was stocked with the necessary items that you would need! More than enough space! The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The location to the beach is just steps away. If you love relaxing and enjoying the outdoor environment, you will love this home. My family and I would highly recommend this rental. We will be back again next year if available!

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at Lance's place. We rented out two of of the units on this property--the Reel House and the Riverside Cottage--to spend time together over Christmas. It was great to have separate places for each family unit to have privacy and downtime, but still be close enough to enjoy each other's company. The houses were nicely furnished with all the amenities needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful location on the water. We saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds every day. We fished all week and took the kayaks out, which was a treat! Huge fenced-in yard was great for our dogs. Yes, the property is up against train tracks, but we were not bothered by it. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely be back!

Waterfront Vero Beach Home w/ Pool & Boat Dock!

The perfect place for our family to relax. My father in law, an amputee, spent two full days fishing off the dock, after being stuck inside all winter. That alone was worth it. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the tiki bar, stocked with ice, gave that chill keys vibe we needed. The living space is roomy and the bedrooms are comfortable. A 10 minute drive to beaches and downtown Vero. We cook a lot and could have used better knives, pots, blender, etc, but we made due. Would definitely stay again!

Great house in a perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants, but it still feels very private. We launched our kayaks and paddle boards from the backyard and fished on the dock daily. We will definitely stay here again.
