Home has a huge cozy upper porch. The screened in back patio gives you complete privacy. The patio also has a gas BBQ, Smoker and table and swinging chairs to relax in. There is an oversized private outdoor shower with hot & cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Vero Beach House

Sea Grapes Beach House has a view of Indian River in front while having the oceanfront view in the back. There are five bedrooms with very comfortable beds with fresh linens and quilts. In December of 2022 we added a pool with a heater. Sea Grapes is close to the Sebastian Inlet Park, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge (bike or walk), and a 15 minute drive to the best restaurants in town. Be ready to feel like you are on your own private island.
