Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located setting. This is an approximately 600 square foot studio suite with a private entrance located above a garage attached to our house. There is a large hall space between the apartment and house, ensuring privacy. Private setting near URI and minutes to local restaurants, entertainment, beaches, breweries and much more. Short ride to Newport, Westerly, and Providence. Beach chairs, beach towels and blankets are provided for your use.

The apartment is centrally located and serves as an ideal landing spot for a southern Rhode Island getaway. You have the option to take the bike path to many beaches and Narragansett Pier or walk two blocks to Main Street Wakefield for a morning coffee at Caf Bar, Phils or South Country Bread Company and post beach ice cream at Brickley's.

This listing is a guest suite (800sqft) connected to the main house. 2 miles to URI, 4 miles to Wakefield and 6 miles to Narragansett Town Beach, all connected with a beautiful bike path at the end of the street. Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse steps from bike path. Walk to Main Street or ride bikes to beach. Perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.
