It was an amazing experience. Host was welcoming and the place felt like home. We received warm welcome and everything was just like the pictures. Addition to this, everything you might need for a stay was provided by the host. Would definitely recommend friends to come for a staycation and looking forward to come back again likewise.

We stayedi Noida for 7 days in this lovely home, and the experience was very good. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout. The hosts were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a homely and pleasant stay in Noida.

Roy as a host was fantastic. We had a great time. Felt just like we had come to a relatives place. Lovely rooms, clean and well maintained. Excellent service, they really made it easy for us and not once said no to any of our requests. The food prepared by Roy’s staff was excellent and every one of my guests loved the way it was cooked and presented. Having Roy there made the whole stay extremely pleasant. Would love to book again and stay and would highly recommend this place for family gatherings and events.

The Bunglow/Villa is very well maintained with the perfection. Care taker Shanker is kind in nature and guided us about the complete villa without any hesitation. Mr. Sohaib is also co-operative and being helpful during our stay. Finally it was awesome experience for us this time with the villa we stayed. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. The stay was amazing. There wasn’t much restrictions. Rooms were clean. Pool and garden area was well maintained. The care taker wasn’t fussy about anything. Overall worth the price

Enjoyed all the games and activities at the Villa. Played a lot of pickleball. I’m a fan of IKEA and everything there was IKEA

The Villa was exactly as described online and it was picture perfect. It had a specious living room for our family get together and a huge lawn where one could enjoy various sports. Both the caretakers Nikhil and Ankit were extremely kind and helpful, they were on top of the things all the time and took care of everyone’s request.

The host was very good at communicating and was very understanding if I needed something. The place was also awesome, it was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Would stay here again

Property was huge and matched our requirement of big gathering. Care taker along with the staff were warm and welcoming. We were c.20 people and had a common feedback that stay was comfortable and met the expectation. Food quality was great. Property was big enough to cater the big gathering. It is maintained well and kept clean. Would recommend this property for further stay in future as well

Good stay overall

Excellent place and plenty of room for everyone. It was winter when we came, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the house was quite cold (no heat) but that was to be expected. The only piece of advice would be to ensure you have enough time to enjoy this magnificent house and its amenities! Gorgeous and very convenient to the airport.

easy to reach , clean and spacious accommodation. privacy was well maintained pool was awesome we travelled in a group of 15 including children all were well satisfied and loved the place Mr Gurpreet was very prompt in every aspect. right from booking to check out he was always there helping out . he took care of all our request. food was awesome, less spicy as requested. it's my advice that if you are going in a group please opt for meals from Mr Gurpreet. bar be que snacks and food were finger licious we would definitely love to visit in future

9 of us stayed at this villa for my sister’s bachelorette. The most gorgeous house - with clear instructions and 24/7 help from the host. There is a gorgeous pool where we all also relaxed. This bachelorette was memorable largely also because we got such a beautiful space to celebrate it at! Would recommend this gorgeous villa to everyone!

We celebrated our son’s first birthday at House of Joy and it was a great place for such occasions, with beautiful lawns, spacious bedroom and living area. Kanika and her were very helpful and proactive since we checked in. One suggestion for the owner, paying additional 2000 for a cooler in the lawn area felt a bit weird. It should be in-house if customer is paying that much.
