The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything was very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. The accommodation was great, the apartment has everything and Veronica has been well requested with us. Clean, organized and exactly matches the photos. On the trip we met friends who stayed in other airbns and we noticed that in ours they had many items beyond what was expected, such as spices that she leaves in the kitchen and etc. The district itself has everything because it is central, by day and great for walking through the historic center, museums, etc., but it is dangerous at night. For us who had no interest in nightlife was good, but whoever is interested I recommend providence.

The place is wonderful, it was super clean and tidy. Nice decor and great location. Leticia gave us clear directions and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. She left us some welcome wine and chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take back to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said 'let's go home'. If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

Excellent location, it is steps from the center. Very nice and cozy apartment, clean and well decorated, it makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I'm grateful to Yasna, even though my stay was short, it made me feel welcome. Nothing to say about the loft, it is private and has all the amenities, also in the house it feels a sociable and friendly environment. I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very solicitous! And his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

Our stay as a couple was wonderful. Mirza was very kind and quick to communicate, made us feel very safe with very clear instructions. Check-in and entry and exit from the building work very well, with 24-hour doormen and an apartment door with a code. The apartment is very clean, practical and well located. Great place to make a home office, great internet. The apartment is in a very central, safe and quiet area, close to good places like Lastarria Neighborhood and Patio Bellavista. We'll be back again!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance conditions and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

Mary was an excellent host! The place was neat, neat and very comfortable. It feels like a very cozy place. Mary was always responsive to my messages and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns regarding the stay. The place is very quiet, well located, with supermarkets nearby, restaurants, attractions nearby such as "Paseo Bandera" "Avenida New York" "Palacio La Moneda" among other things such as museums and parks also relatively close.
