The Garden Apartment features a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a den with a large sandstone wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. You'll surely fall in love with this cozy rental! There is a sandstone patio, which offers a shaded sitting area and grill for outdoor cooking, plus a fire ring for evening bonfires.

This unique property is located in the heart of the Cedar Fairmount Historical District of Cleveland Heights. Built in 1919, an era when no detail was left out, even in homes built for the rental market. This house attaches to my other rental property West Saint James. The grand duplex offers light filled spaces, and fresh updated kitchens in both suites. We are a cottage like residence in one of the few small towns between the cities of Cleveland and Akron, Ohio; right down the road from Michael Angelo's Winery and not far from the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Boston Mills + Brandywine Ski Resorts, and under an hour to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
