It is optimal if 7 people are in Hanzo. -There are police boxes, bus stops, convenience stores, and museums in front of the house, and there are all amenities in addition to the subway station and fire station within a 5-minute walk. - Internal facilities: Washing machine, induction, bed, air conditioner, microwave, toaster, blender, TV, refrigerator, and Wifi are all provided. -Absolutely non-smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes), and pets (small) are allowed. (If you smoke, you will be charged U $300 for cleaning) - If you come to Goyang Station from Incheon Airport by Airport Rail Link, you can transfer at Goyang Station or take bus no. 584, which goes directly to the accommodation. - Good transport connections (serves as a transfer station and base camp).

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, close to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace in the centre of Seoul. Dongchonjae, built about 100 years ago, is a traditional hanok that has been officially certified by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organisation. Dongchonjae has been operated by a retired couple who opened their home since October 2020. Dongchonjae is located on a 380.17 m² plot of land It consists of one building, and the space is the main house (Anche/Main House), Sarangchae/Detached House, and Annex. Guests have exclusive use of the Main House and the Annex. The host is in a separate building I live in Sarangchae (Detached House) and will personally assist you with necessary services such as providing breakfast. We hope you can comfortably experience the tranquil beauty and subtle atmosphere of a traditional hanok at Dongchonjae.
