Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Imus

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The experience was truly wonderful! From the moment we booked until the time we checked out, everything went smoothly. The host was fantastic with communication. She was always quick to respond to all our queries, making the entire process easy and hassle-free. Her attentiveness really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the best stays I really reccomend. The owner was very responsive and the place is very convenient. Smooth check in process and it really feels like home.

Marigold was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us to add 5 extra guests for only 2k for 3 days and 2 nights—such a great deal! The caretaker was very approachable, helpful, and easy to contact throughout our stay. The place itself is spacious, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it perfect for relaxation. What we loved most was the cozy ambiance. Plus, the location is convenient—there are nearby stores like Dali Grocery, Puregold, and 7-Eleven, all within walking distance, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Una, panalo ang massager nila. Isa eto sa dahilan kung bakit sila ang pinili ko sa BGC. Dahil nasa BGC area ang lugar expect mo na surrounded talaga sya ng mga establishments kaya excellent choice din ang place. Park? Aba meron din sila pagbaba mo palang ng building ay bubungad sayo ang Park. Meron din swimming pool hindi kalakihan pero pwede kung wala masyadong tao. Follow the rules na lang pag punta at pag alis ng swimming pool. Para sa safety narin ng mga ibang tenants. Dahil matagal na ang building expect na hindi na 100% ang makikita mo sa pictures may mga iilan na need to improve. Pero hindi iyon naging sagabal para ma enjoy namin ang pag stay namin sa place. Mabilis din ang internet nila. Lahat ng needs mo sa kitchen andun narin. Pinakuluan nalang namin ang ibang utensils at may mga iilan ilang gumagapang pero no worries hindi sya issue at natural lang talaga sya minsan dahil iyong ibang insects ay galing pa sa ibang rooms. Overall, 5 🌟 parin ang rating ko sa kanila.

Booked this unit at Balmoral Place for a convention in SMX, 10-min walk with the option to pass through MAAX bridgeways to get out of the sun. 7-11 right next door. Flexible and easy check in. Great water pressure, heater, bidet, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, towels, indoor slippers, bottle water, coffee sachets, closet with hangers and iron, dryer and quick internet connection. Will definitely book here again and try the pool next time.

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

The Host is very nice and the place is beautiful, we will definitely book this place again if we will have family gatherings.

My family and I had so much great time with the place. They had everything that I am expecting from an airbnb. The host and her family were very nice, and very accommodating, the place is so clean and I loved those decorations that they made and that booklet was very helpful as it has the massage I am looking for, and I was able to book a home service massage from their trusted massage therapist, which was the best massage I had so far. This is the place I would like to visit again and would recommend to others.

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay! :) The unit is spacious, aesthetic, and has great amenities. The host promptly requested maintenance to check on the AC when we thought it wasn't working. Self check-in was also a major plus since we had a morning activity and didn't have to worry about checking in late. Also, the roof deck was so nice! Wish we had stayed a bit longer :) Thank you!

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

SIncerely the best airbnb that ive stayed in south east asia. Cero cokoroaches, very clean, modern, great spacious rooms, owner very accomodating, The locations is just perfect. Looking forward a long stay there. I loved it.

Good for short stay, if you're just looking for a place to sleep in. You get what you paid for. So you can expect a few things: overall quite dirty in kitchen, bathroom, and house front (lots of dog poop); lacks maintenance and noticeable cockroach smell; trashbins are not washed; no trashbags provided (not mentioned in house rules either); refrigerator have molds; kitchen sink drainage leaks so can't wash too many plates at ones; and I suggest you bring your own things like utensils, sponge, cups, etc.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
