It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Fantastic host! Communication was fast and clear throughout the stay. When the water heater wasn’t working, they were very understanding and quickly offered a refund without any hassle. Truly appreciated their professionalism — highly recommended!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

最高の滞在でした。古いコンドミニアムなのに、清潔で、下水などの匂いがしないコンドミニアムはレガスピエリアではは珍しいです。冷蔵庫に水の用意をしていただいた気遣いは、なかなかこの国で体験できないものでした。また、間接照明がおしゃれに設定されており、夜寝る時も全く違和感なく、順番に電気を消して、眠りに就くことができました。シャワールームもトイレとの仕切りがしっかりしており、通常はシャワー室とトイレが一体で水浸しになるところが、シャワー室の水が漏れることが無かったです。 あえて、改善点をいえば、 １．リビングルームにもごみ箱が欲しかったです ２．水以外の飲み物が有料でも置いてあると、より特別感を感じました。 ３．キッチンの電気機器が普通だったので、コンドミニアム全体の雰囲気からすると、もう少し、電気機器に拘っても良いと思います。

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. Our whole family had such a great time staying at Home Along the E.K. for 2 nights and 3 days! The house is equipped with top-notch furniture & appliances which made our staycation both comfy & convenient. Plus, it’s just right beside Enchanted Kingdom, which was a huge bonus for us. The place is super clean too! The host is super friendly and easygoing - loved how flexible she is which made everything stress-free for us. Thank you, Ms. Eva! The property manager, Ate Nadine, is incredibly warm and just a message away whenever we needed anything, which made our stay worry-free. There’s honestly so much to do: board games, PS4, Netflix, and even karaoke, which kept things fun the whole time. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a chill and fun spot near E.K!

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

We travelled as a family of 6 with kids. We enjoyed our stay fully. Lili was a great host.

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

It has all the listed amenities plus other stuff to use or play with. everything is clean :) the hosts are also very friendly! good unit to book if you are looking for a house to stay with after going to the nearby amusement park or just a quiet place to relax.

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

My stay at Wheen’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the mall and a lot of restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

We stayed overnight; however, our taxi did not find the place immediately. It took some time to find it, but I liked the area. I hope we can revisit and stay a little longer. The place is nice and neat, and the host is very understanding..

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.
