Dear future guests, Welcome to our duplex apartment! (Air-conditioned) Please note that this was previously our home. The property is located in the countryside at the entrance to the village of Sauvigny-Les-Bois. We are 5 minutes from Prye Castle, 10 minutes from Nevers (8 km) and 15 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours F1 circuit. The 35 m2 house is independent, it is located next to our house ON THE SAME PROPERTY. You have a terrace in front of the accommodation overlooking the common exterior. We leave access to our garden (common so shared with us) and the pool (in summer; above ground unheated)

Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
