what a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets and walks on the beach. Great way to relax. The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. We had a wonderful time at this location! Restaurants nearby and kids loved the ice cream/icee shop across the street. Ocean right out the door. Kids loved playing on the beach!

Jen's place was clean, well maintained, and tastefully furnished. Exactly as in the photos. Jen's communications and responses were warm and friendly. The place was very quiet and in a safe community. We felt at home and slept well. The 2-car garage was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend the place, particularly if you want to be close the southern side of San Diego.

Perfect location. I rent Airbnbs in this area at least once a year and this rental was the best I’ve had. Had everything we needed for our stay. We walked to coffee every morning and grabbed some late night snacks at Pizza Port. Perfect space for our mini-vaca.

What a great place to stay! Great restaurants next to the condo. Everyone in the area is super friendly. Checking in was super easy. Definitely staying here again.

This was my 1st time visiting the Chula Vista area in California. It was an amazing trip. Andreina was a great host and very responsive. The condo was roomy, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. My family an I will visit again.

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This two bed/two bath property was in a fantastic location. The instructions were easy to follow. We walked a short distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars with live music each day. And of course to the beach and tidal pools. It was easy to drive in and out of the area. The two bedrooms were separated by the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, so it felt private and quiet.

David saved us after another host in the area canceled last minute! He took time out of his night to arrange our late arrival with building security and was very responsive as we navigated getting there in the dark after a stressful day. The apartment was lovely and clean with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Fans in each of the bedrooms kept us cool at night, even in August. Easy to walk down to the beach for a dip or duck into a beach club for a drink. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, as was the kitchen. We ended up running most of the dishes through the dishwasher before using them to get them completely clean, but that was our only minor note. Overall we had an awesome stay and will definitely reach out again next time we’re down south!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. It was wonderful. Diego was very resonsive. There was an issue with Faucet on the first day but Diego ensured that it was fixed on the next day. Location was amazing very close to waterfront, india st and all the happening places

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Nice accommodations, hard to beat view, great area to explore and enjoy all the amazing food. The beach is awesome. Lots to do in the area. Close to everything. Great stay.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

The place was stunning. The location was just far enough for some peace and quiet but also close enough to enjoy the town! Private pool and beach was a perk too. The condo was as the pictures show but even more amazing in person. The balcony view never disappointed. Alma was a great host, responding to all our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful on some local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
