This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 45-year-old wooden house located in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. We are renovating it to make it comfortable for modern people to use, while maintaining the good points of an old house. It features a space where old and new materials coexist and you can feel the natural environment, including the garden. Even large groups can use it comfortably. We hope you can relax and use it as a base for sightseeing in Hokuriku and climbing the Northern Alps. There is a monitor, so it is also recommended for workations. We also have a range of appliances, cooking utensils, and seasonings. Since this is a private rental, you can use it as if it were your own home, but the shop on the first floor is open on Fridays and Saturdays, and the host may stay there from time to time. We also accept pets, and you can bring them when you eat on the ground floor.However, general customers also come to the store on Fridays and Saturdays, so if your dog barks excessively, we will ask you to keep it in the cage on the third floor. The ground floor bistro offers more than 100 types of drinks, including a variety of wines, original cocktails, craft beers, craft gins and whisky. À la carte dishes are available on Fridays and Saturdays. The set menu also requires a reservation, but we recommend it. The course is available for 8,000 yen on Fridays and Saturdays, and for 10,000 yen per person (for 2 or more people) on other days. The Maruna House is operated by the Maruna Group, which operates two restaurants. The entire house is for rent. Not only the building, but almost all the furniture and appliances are brand new. Free parking for 8 cars. It is a private building, so you can enter and exit without seeing anyone. There is a washing machine. Longer stays are also possible. There is no trouble eating because the restaurant and accommodation are next to each other. How about soup curry for lunch and Genghis Khan for dinner? The bath is equipped with a device called enzyme bubble bath, which has a skin-beautifying effect. In addition, it is equipped with ceiling bath audio, so you can take a bath while listening to pleasant music that envelops your body. The beds are four Simmons semi-double beds. At night, you will sleep on a futon in the tatami mat room. The courtyard, storage room, and long hallway are the same as before, while the kitchen (simple cooking is possible), toilet, bathroom, and washroom have been renovated and are very clean spaces. We share a wall with the neighbors, so we can hear each other's sounds and movements. Therefore, parties and banquets at night are not allowed. The house is surrounded by my favorite garden flowers and is full of greenery. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.
