Под аренду сдаётся полностью второй этаж жилого дома, где находятся 4 комнаты, обединенные общим залом, кухней и двумя санузлами. Мы были единственными гостями, поэтому жили как короли. Есть все необходимое: холодильник, плита, посуда и даже рояль)) очень гостеприимная хозяйка.

Замечательный хостел! Везде чисто, красивый интерьер, отличная территория возле дома. Очень заботливые хозяева! Рекомендуем!!

Great place to stay with an amazing view from their terrace and is very near to Kutaisi Airport. I would stay again when on my next visit to Kutaisi.

We stayed 4 days at Eka's house and had a wonderfull time. Nice, friendly and english speaking host. Easy access to café/restaurant and Okatse Canyon. All in all a very nice place we absoloutly will recommend to others.

Снимали дом целиком. Комфортные комнаты, потрясающе уютные балконы, чистые ванные комнаты. Домашняя атмосфера. Свежее постельное бельё. Очень чисто. Приятный сад с розами, огромные ореховые деревья. Потрясающие виды на холмы. Советую прогуляться по окрестностям, пройтись к церкви.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The view of the river and nearby mountains is absolutely stunning, making for a peaceful and scenic experience. The yard is spacious and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The house itself is charming with an old-style design, yet it has all the modern comforts you could need. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the city center and close to the river. The host was also very welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

It was a wonderful stay! Great food by the fireplace, village vibe location, still very close to the center, and boutique style decor, in woods. Amazing hosts, really felt special care from their side. Staff was ver friendly and helped me to get around, book a taxi, and they provided great tips for me to plan my day (and next). Thank you Rivendell♥️ will try to come back

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt und das Zimmer war mit Abstand das Schönste auf unserer Georgien-Reise🥰 eine wunderschöne, luxoriöse Einrichtung, geräumig, extrem bequemes Bett, pieksauber und die Veranda ist der Hammer - was für ein Ausblick! Hier jeden Morgen das grandiose, selbstgemachte Verwöhn-Frühstück genießen zu dürfen war Urlaub pur. Igor und Palina Gastgeberehepaar sind unheimlich nette und gastfreundliche Menschen, wir haben uns so gut umsorgt und sehr willkommen gefühlt. Von Tipps zur Umgebung bis Hilfe bei der Orga zum Flughafentranser. Ein besonderes Willkommen war die Degustation der selbstgemachten Liköre und Brände im herrlichen Garten. Das Anwesen ist wirklich wunderschön, so viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, ein toller Garten mit Obstbäumen und dazu ein wunderschönes Panorama. Wir sagen herzlich Danke für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wünschen euch weiterhin alles Liebe und Gute.❤️

Nice place, all good, there is an aircon, and a good mirror near the bed to look at. Balcony is huge, the views are amazing. That was a good night of our vacation.

La chambre a de l'espace et est bien équipée. La salle de bain est bien aménagée, la douche à l'italienne rend l'espace facile à occuper. La clim a permis de faire descendre la température quand il a fait vraiment chaud, j'ai apprécié cette possibilité. La maison de Lali est à proximité d'un boulanger et d'une petite supérette, bien pratiques pour acheter de quoi cuisiner. Elle est dans un quartier très calme, et on met environ 20 mn à pied pour aller dans le centre ville par une avenue ombragée et un vieux pont, c'est vraiment agréable ! Le grand jardin permet de garer sa voiture. Lali a aussi le sens de l'accueil : elle m'a offert des fruits de son jardin et de la kompot (jus de fruits) à mon arrivée, et a cuisiné pour moi un délicieux petit déjeuner le matin de mon départ, avec des oeufs de sa poule et des fruits et légumes de son jardin. Un vrai bonus imprévu, que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Kakha. Er hat uns sehr nett empfangen und das Haus erklärt. Als ich am nächsten Tag einen platten Reifen hatte, kam Kakha mit seinem Kompressor vorbei, pumpte den Reifen auf und brachte es zu seinem Freund in die Werkstatt. Nach 20min war der Reifen repariert und er bezahlte sogar die Reifen Reparatur für mich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt in dem kleinen Hotel und würden wieder kommen.

i read all the reviews and set my expectations maybe thats why me and my husband enjoyed it very much. We stayed for 5 days and we were happy, energized and inspired. The place is amazing, for city dwellers, the nature is amazing in all corners. The canyon is just few stairs down the location. We appreciate the hospitality, despite them not speaking fluent english. The food which others mentions was quite overprices was amazing. We appreciate each meal specially the pork BBQ. You will feel that its your aunties who cooked it. Some issues which others posted was that its not really private and there are people coming over and the smoke coming from the kitchen. It didnt bother us at all. and since we are sharing the kitchen, they gladly provided us with things we needed. so that part wasnt an issue too. we booked a tour with tuem and enjoyed it as well. we will try to come back. 🫶 such a good family vacation home. thank you everyone. ❤️
