Holiday rentals with lake access in Imereti

This tiny house is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of nature. The view is amazing.

Moni’s place is a cute little house by the river and it’s so beautiful I could make it my vacation home.! It was clean, tidy, decorated, it smelled amazing when we walked in..it had the nescessary amenities one could need for their stay..I recommend it 100% plus, it’s 1min walk from the restaurant palaty which is one of the best restaurants in Kutaisi.!

David and his daughter were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The villa's location near the lake and forest was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect escape. David even arranged our transport from Tbilisi last minute, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!

Great place with lovely hosts. Uliana is a great hostess and can make an excellent meal, better than at any restaurant we tried in Kutaisi so definitely worth a try, just ask in advance. We stayed with our baby under one years old for six weeks and had everything we needed, crib, high chair and they even installed a baby swing on the porch which was covered in grape leaves and beautiful. The terrace is the best, very open and green, but we were there in August and early September so usually it was way too hot to enjoy for us northerners, get outside and have your coffee and breakfast early before the heat. We didn’t have a car so we would either take a bolt or go with the hosts into town when they were going to get groceries for the week, sometimes it took a while for a bolt to respond so keep that in mind you do need to drive to get to any stores but there are also taxi apps too and it wasn’t an issue.

We had a wonderful weekend in this house and had a wedding. Everything looks even better than in the photos. House, forest, privacy, air. Everything is perfect. I wanted to stay there forever
