It’s the comfortable and cozy apartment. It suits for a private rest with family. It was clear, there is heating. I enjoyed it)

The owner was responsive and helpful. The wooden house was well decorated and had a many amenities that suit your daily needs. The village only has a single shop, for restaurants and other things you have to go to the Borjomi center which is not too far.

Very friendly host, brand-new cabin with all the needed amenities and amazing nature around. Totally recommend ❤️

Отличный дом для отдыха! Потрясающая хозяйка! :) В доме были все необходимые условия для комфортного проживания, расположение хорошее, рядом очень тихо и много природы. Так же Елена всегда спрашивала нужно ли нам что нибудь ещё для дома! 100% рекомендую! Спасибо большое, Елена :)

Overall we had the most wonderful stay at Giorgi’s. It was just like the pictures and so peaceful ☺️ the host is very helpful and kind. We managed to get the location in our small car but we had to drive very slow and it was a little dicey in areas, better to be in an SUV so you can take shortcuts. Make sure you take all you need for eating when you get there. There is no WiFi which was a bit of a surprise but actually really helped to properly switch off and soak in the nature. Definitely recommend.

Все понравилось , рядом вход в Мартвильский каньен . Хозяин вечером помог сьездить за продуктами ( рядом все уже закрылось к вечеру ). Приятный звук водопада. маленький минус , который к дому не относиться , дорога рядом с домом немножко дикая , надеюсь правительство сделает дорогу новую к Каньену Мартвилли от дома

Lovely place 10 min drive from Borjomi. The cabin is at the back of a small development, with an undisturbed view over the beautiful canyon (it’s on top of Borjomi Central Park). Most of the food options are down in the valley, it’s easy to get there. The place is 20 min drive from Borjomi Natural Park with a lot of pretty cool hiking options. The furnishings and the kitchenware are a bit basic, but do the trick, most likely you’ll not be cooking there, this being Georgia and all :)

One of the most beautiful Places we found in Georgia. The House is soooo amazing, in the middle of the mountains- close to waterfalls and Right in the middle of an stunning landscape. If you can, rent a car and go there, its an 1,5h Ride from Kutaisi and really worth it, bring some things to cook you some meals and just enjoy the silent and the view!The owner is very helpful with directions and anything you need. Vi havde nogle dejlige dage i Zviadis hyggelige gæstehus, og vi følte os meget velkomne og taget godt imod af Zviadi, som er meget sød og hjælpsom. Området byder på fine vandreture samt god vin og mad. Vi vil på det varmeste anbefale Zviadis gæstehus.

Das Haus von Nino ist noch ganz neu und es liegt sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick. Nino hat immer schnell reagiert und uns auch mit Frühstück versorgt. Man ist aber auf ein Auto angewiesen, da das Haus doch etwas außerhalb liegt.

Assolutamente perfetto!! La casa é stupenda immersa nella natura, l host é stata super reattiva nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Ottima anche la pulizia della casa. In aggiunta l’host ci ha anche lasciato come pensiero una bottiglia di vino e del cioccolato . Assolutamente consigliato!!! 💯

Дом находится в тихом и приятном месте с отличным обзором из окон на Амбролаури. Внутри было комфортно и чисто. Один нюанс требует доработки - дом отапливается только за счет кондиционера, потому пол на первом этаже был очень холодным (в том числе в ванной), чтобы ходить босиком. К сожалению, ни в доме, ни у нас с собой не было запасной обуви или тапочек, чтобы ходить внутри, а ходить в уличной обуви мы не привыкли, хоть владелец и разрешил. Этот факт немного напрягал. Думаю, было бы чудно поставить в доме тапочки для гостей. В остальном все было хорошо. Спасибо, Giorgi!

This experience was wonderful from booking to staying here. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and Georgi was very accommodating. The cabin was even better than the pictures. Everything was so cute but also comfy! I would absolutely recommend staying here to explore Kutaisi and the surrounding areas.

Ми зупинились лише на одну ніч, щоб відвідати печеру Прометея. Перебування було приємним. Так як погода була жарка, кондиціонер в будинку дуже врятував. В ресторані поряд смачна їжа. Марія і її чоловік приємні господарі. Допомогли нам з трансфером.

Beautiful environment : the view is amazing. The flat is very nice and well equiped. I recommand this place!

I find it difficult to pick the tight words to describe the experience! It was more breathtaking than we ever thought, we are family of 3, my wife and I along with our 5 years boy, we connected very well and lived serene 5 days that we shall never forget, the location is in a very small village with the kindest people ever, our son ended playing all the time with the kid next door, the view from the living room through the huge glass wall was mesmerizing, we ended up sleeping there on the floor as we didnt want to part with the great view, cozy and comfortable property, Davit was responsive all the time and was of great help, very nice respectful gentleman that we had the pleasure to meet, within a short drive distance , about 25min you have everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies…etc We strongly recommend the experience!
