Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ilsanseo-gu

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

The host was so responsive, friendly, accommodating and kind. The unit is perfect. A lot better than 3-star hotels. The house was very clean. Every little things were thought off for all that you will need. Very homey feel at the same time you will feel that you really are in Korea because of the local neighborhood. We had a very good sleep with the comfortable beds. There are still lots of space to move around for the 5 of us. Very clean and spacious toilet and bath for Korean accommodation. Walking distance from Seoul Station. We are very happy and satisfied staying here. Will stay again when we travel again to Korea.

Superb, the aunt cooked us noodles late at night, very delicious, it was the most comfortable meal I had in Korea, just like at home, the aunt was very warm, the house was very clean, the bedding was also very clean, the quilt was fragrant, I liked it very much, a great experience!I want to stay here again next time I come to Korea ^-^

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

It was a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a valley right in front of the Baeksaesil, and that you could also do a light hike in Bukaksan Mountain.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

I use Airbnb a lot for work, but this is the first time I've seen such a perfect place..! I felt like they cared about every single thing, and the bedding was soft, so I slept well!

The accommodation was beautiful. All rooms and bed sheets were clean. Everything, including tableware and towels, was sufficient and luxurious. The barbecue fire was prepared in advance so that the meat could be grilled right away. This is the first time I've experienced a place that prepares like this. Normally, you had to wait while inhaling the smoke to get the fire to a state where you could grill the meat. Breakfast was fried eggs, 2 kinds of bread, salad, ham, 2 kinds of cheese, cream cheese, basil paste, jam, coffee, etc., but it was at the level of a luxury hotel. Above all, the host, Kyung-seon, was considerate so that we could stay comfortably. The people who went with me were so satisfied. I had a nice stay. Thank you.

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.

The location of the house is so good. The sea is right in front of you, so you can see the sea a lot. I was particularly impressed by the moment of barbecuing while watching the evening sunset. The owner and his wife are all very kind, and it's a recommendable accommodation.👍
