A short walk to the cathedral, SM baguio and session rd. -The host was also very accommodating and helpful -There’s a convenient store (family mart), restaurants, laundry beside the condo -You can easily get a taxi in front of the condo -the condo is super clean and smells good. -kitchen is well equipped -beds were comfortable -Fast internet and I was able to work there during my stay - the condo has tv Cable - the bathroom was clean and well-maintained - Definitely, will book again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable, comfortable and convenient stay.

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Worth the price with easy communication and clear instructions. Loved that they have a mini grocery—we didn’t have to go out for essentials like eggs, coffee, and water. Super convenient! Would recommend.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean and smelled really good when we arrived. The bed was very comfy, and the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool despite of baguio cold weather. Sir Jose was also very accommodating—he allowed us to check in early for a minimal fee. The location is also convenient, close to popular tourist spots in Baguio City. Highly recommended!

I already miss waking up to the view from the window every morning. Upon checking in, there’s already free coffee and water provided. Even though there was no air conditioning, it feels cool inside. The place is walking distance to the mansion and wright park. Will book this place again if we ever visit Baguio again. Thanks for the lovely stay!

It was my second time staying here, and just like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Everything was accessible for us, and the space is just enough for my family to move around with ease. Check in and check out were as easy as a breeze, and Ate Chona - the caretaker has been truly amazing. She made sure we had what we needed and even lent me an adaptor so I could work during our stay. We had some issues with the water, but they were quick to act to fix it. I highly recommend the place, especially for families looking for a place to stay in Baguio without breaking the bank. I will for sure book this place again when I get a chance to visit Baguio again.

Lulu's place was mindful and intuitive. It was as is in the pictures though the photos make the place seem a bit bigger. Everything we needed was there -- a full stove with an oven, microwave, toaster, full cutlery, cooking tools, ice cream scoop, and a bottle opener. I love that the basic dishes and cookware were complete including two cutting boards. There were water jug, tissue roll, and towel reserves as well as a pail and a bucket in case you might want to do some light laundry for delicates, ample hangers, iron, and a laundry rack + hat/coat rack at the balcony. The area also offers self-service laundry washing at an adjacent building. I enjoyed how the place was accessible to public transportation and has a dedicated 1-vehicle parking space for the unit. No need to worry about keys getting lost. You just need good memory for the code. I was honest with our needs and Lulu was accommodating. Check-in was quick and the condo staff were accommodating. I highly recommend Lulu's place

We went here with 2 small dogs and a newborn baby. Bristle ridge is really our go to place. The unit was clean and it has the right appliances in the kitchen that we need. It was a peaceful unit as well, and the view was nice. Sunrise was beautiful at the balcony’s view. There were towels as well. Parking is close to the elevator. We’ll surely book again here!

This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

The place was really easy to find and from there you can easily access the go-to restaurants and tourist spots. The owner and the caretaker were both really considerate from check-in to check-out, and they were both easy to contact. The place was also very clean and spacious, and what really stood out for us was the pool access since not all accommodation in the area provides pool access. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with, which was also a welcome surprise for us. Overall, it was really value for money and worth every penny. Kudos to the owner and caretaker for maintaining such a cozy and convenient spot for us while in Baguio.

Super happy with our stay for 3 days @ Sir Gab’s place. Ang linis ng unit and mga bago and quality yung mga gamit and furniture. Ang ganda din na may dalawanh balcony nakaka relax. Spacious yung mga rooms and yung kitchen. Complete yung mga gamit for cooking and even the things na pang linis. Fast din mag reply sila sir gab sa mga concerns ko and mabit sila may pa welcome snack pa. In terms of location malapit lang din sila sa sm and burnham and may mga resto sa baba ng building. I would recommend this Airbnb. Thanks again!
