Πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, με ωραία διακόσμηση και παροχές!

Ηταν όλα τέλεια, πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ φιλική και ευέλικτη η Κωνσταντίνα στα θέμα άφιξης- αναχώρησης! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι της Αλεξάνδρας ήταν άψογη. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της περιοχής, δίπλα σε ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ήταν πανέμορφο, απολύτως περιποιημένο και με υπέροχη θέα. Η Αλεξάνδρα ήταν φιλόξενη, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Όλα ήταν άψογα, Η επιλογή είναι εξαιρετική είτε πρόκειται για επαγγελματική χρήση (γκρουπ) είτε για οικογενειακή.

Pavlos' apartment is perfection. I wished we were there for longer. Easy communication via Whats App. He was waiting for us when we drove up. The private, off-street, covered parking was very helpful. The apartment is up 1 level but there was an elevator for our bags. The apartment is sparkling clean and gives you LOTS of space. Pavlos gave us fresh made lemonade from the lemon trees outside that was the best treat I could have wished for. The beds were extremely comfortable, lovely hot water with good pressure in the shower. Everything we needed was there. It's a nice neighborhood, too. We walked to a lovely restaurant ,where Pavlos had made us a reservation, for dinner. Delicious! For breakfast, we found a cafe that was less than 5 min walk away. I would highly recommend Pavlos' place if staying in Athens, so nice to be in a quieter neighborhood without all the tourists! Everyone was VERY friendly and welcoming.

Η κυρία Ελένη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες και μπορώ να πω πως αδικείται καθώς ήταν πραγματικά το τέλειο σπίτι! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθαρά μπάνια φρεσκοπλυμένα σκεπάσματα και πετσέτες! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας και πραγματικά απολαύσαμε Την διαμονή μας! Το προτείνουμε είτε για παρέα είτε για οικογένεια θα βολευτείτε όσο πουθενά αλλού!

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Die Unterkunft von Olga & Sarantis entsprach genau den Bildern. Sie war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Einmal gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche, aber Sarantis hat sofort reagiert und jemanden vorbeigeschickt. Auch auf Nachrichten haben sie immer umgehend geantwortet. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei euch übernachten durften – wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

"George was extremely **welcoming and helpful from the moment I booked!** He provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment and even offered some fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and historical sites before I arrived. He went above and beyond by **seamlessly arranging airport pickup and drop-off for us, which made our arrival and departure so stress-free.** The apartment itself was **absolutely spotless and perfectly sized for my wife and I.** Its location was also ideal for us, as it was **very convenient for visiting my daughter who is studying abroad at the nearby Deree school.** During our stay, George was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made sure we felt right at home. C’était le plus agréable des Airbnb que j’ai pu séjourner , Votre professionnalisme, disponibilité, accueil, la décoration, la propreté, l’équipement de l’appartement, la literie était superbe, les serviettes de douche de qualité !! Le bon restaurant de spécialité locale juste au pied de la résidence était très accueillant et très bon. Un grand bravo à vous pour le service que vous nous avez proposé. Τέλειο διαμέρισμα πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο η γειτονιά έχει τα πάντα από ποτό και φαγητό το συνιστώ!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit appartement! De hostess was heel lief en super behulpzaam! Deze plek is zowel met de auto als het openbaar vervoer heel goed te bereiken. Ook vonden we de rustige ligging aan het park heel plezierig. Het was onberispelijk schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kunnen dit appartement van harte aanraden, en hopen hier zeker nog een keer terug te komen!

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

Romanos 5th floor apartment in Athens worked well for our stay. It is a large studio apartment with beautiful windows on both sides, a large deck and an amazing view of the Acropolis. It is in an excellent area with great restaurants and close to everything. We felt very comfortable there. The bathroom really needs to be redone since the shower is in a jacuzzi tub that doesn’t have a flat bottom. We knew this when we booked because very accurate photos were included. We loved the rest of the apartment and appreciated the cancellation policy so we booked anyway. If the bathroom was redone with a normal shower, this apartment would be ideal for everyone. As it is, I would recommend anyone with mobility issues to choose something different. It worked fine for us. Romano responded quickly to our communications and was very helpful with recommendations. We loved Athens and had a great stay.
