Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures (which is excellent, because the pictures are great). Very close to the beach and with excellent views. The furniture and fixtures are new and well taken care of. The bed is very good, and the shower is excellent! The cleaning of the apartment really was a positive surprise! And Rafaela was attentive and easy to communicate at all times! I recommend it!

We're out of search for you. I write this review after an excellent weekend in the space of Talwane and Matteus. After many years of visiting Florianópolis (we lived 2 hours from there), we finally found a place to call Beach House! The apartment is in a wonderful condominium, with swimming pool, 24-hour concierge, playground, super easy to maneuver parking, next to an environmental reserve with sounds of birds... But let's go to the apartment! COMPLETELY! And it gets sun all day, perfect for winter and summer, with windows that seal super well even my baby slept much better than at home! The space is comfortable and clean, as well as very beautiful. The balcony has a barbecue and a hammock. My suggestion for anyone going to Floripa: Stay HERE! You will be close to EVERYTHING, all the beaches are accessible from there and you won't have to worry about anything. It is well worth spending in a market and making a big purchase, then MOVE there for evereee!!! We will return!!!!
