Villa Alexandrino

Villa Alexandrino is a family house that has been built 150 years ago and renovated few years ago. Let the history and the magic of the house and neighborhood charm you. In the center of Rio and on top of a hill, Santa Teresa is the place to discover Rio with its culture and artistic places but also to enjoy some beach at about 20 min from Copacabana and Ipanema. A care-taker is living on the property and we can offer services in option such as breakfast, dinner, bar, organising events...

Independent entrance from the side of the house, with a private hall that includes a minibar, microwave and coffee cart for breakfast. Next to Parque Lage and Corcovado, in a quiet and private cul-de-sac. Gentle slope for those coming on foot. Family residence.

Our one-of-a-kind house is situated on the edge of boho-neighbourhood Santa Teresa, surrounded by tropical forest and yet only 15 minutes away from all the mayor attractions and pois of Rio de Janeiro. The pool and sun deck are available all day and year round and invite you to relax and recharge your batteries. We offer plant-based breakfast and cooking classes which you can book during your stay as well as other classes and retreats.

Residencial Santa Teresa is located near the Arcos da Lapa and the center of Rio de Janeiro. It's a 2011 construction site. It has six en-suites: all with private bathroom, box bed, minibar, led TV, air-conditioning. In addition to wifi and pool. We provide breakfast, bed and bath linens, cleaning of the rooms and a family service for you to feel at home and enjoy all the good times in Rio
