I loved the stay! Zé Carlos was super attentive and helpful the whole time. The apartment was impeccably clean and has all the necessary household utensils. In addition, it has easy access and the street next door offers several options of bars, restaurants, pharmacies and market. I will definitely come back more often — everything was perfect! ❤️

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

At check-in, we did biometrics and got a tag for the car; access at any time without a problem. Huge garage, with doorman and valet (if necessary); I recommend the 45° parking spots. Swimming pool with sun only in the late morning (in June). The good thing is that the beach is right in front with sun all day. By the pool, snack bar/restaurant/bar with honest prices (pay attention to the kitchen's opening hours!). Excellent gym (bring sneakers to use it). And, if you need it, there is a beauty salon (I did not use the services, but they are available). The building is very well maintained and the staff are super friendly. About the apartment: the lock is digital; we don't need to carry a key. You don't hear a peep from the neighbours. Super comfortable; it has nice sheets and mattress. Nice towels too. Nespresso and strainer coffee makers. Delightful lighting. And, upon arrival, a small treat: a bottle of water and chocolates. Rafael is available and attentive all the time. Great choice in the region!

I had a wonderful stay! Alexandre was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. The check-in process was easy, with Celia available to help! The place was exactly as described, and communication was top-notch throughout my stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how available Alexandre was—it made a big difference. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed everything both in Nicolas’s place and the island.. great security, fast responses and friendly responses to everything I needed or wanted.. great amount of space in kitchen bathroom bedroom and living space. I hit the lottery with staying at this location because it fulfilled all my expectations and more!! Friendly island and great vibe!!

the house is simple but with everything we need for a good stay. comfortable bed, good shower, full kitchen with many accessories. air conditioning working perfectly. great wi-fi. Anyway, I recommend the place and I'll be back as soon as I can. Nivaildes is a great host, always helpful and attentive.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. House is exactly like in the pictures, the view is even better! Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

Very nice house, extremely well equipped in a great location in a nice and secure area. Housekeepers are nice and easily accessible. (Thanks to Jo for the mosquito repellent, without which the stay would just not be possible…)

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Sergio's attention was very good both in the previous days giving us information and later. The apartment is spacious, has all amenities and was very clean. Excellent beach view, with amenities and security. We found it clean, complete and tidy. We recommend!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!
