Excellent stay. The house is wonderful, exactly as it appears in the photos. Super equipped, it had everything a beach house needs, from the kitchen, bedrooms, to the accessories to take to the beach. Atami is an amazing place for those looking for a calm place, clean and quiet beach. And Francisco was very proactive in the messages, always making everything easy. A more than positive highlight for the check-in and check-out times, which allow you to enjoy the place throughout the stay. I highly recommend it

The house is extremely comfortable, easy access to the beach just one block.. has all the kitchen utensils, also available several bath towels bed and blanket... the house is complete .. and extremely comfortable.. I and my family love, including our pet ..

We had a wonderful weekend in this house! Everything is very well organized and equipped, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay. Mariana was super receptive, friendly and very attentive to my family. The house is exactly as in the photos, very well ventilated, large, with all the necessary household utensils available, the pool is very well maintained and the rooms are very good. The region is also great, it has everything nearby (pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, markets). We will definitely return as soon as possible :D

Amazing place! Our experience was simply wonderful! The apê is super cozy, well decorated, clean, organized, complete and the view of the sea… A spectacle! The location is great too, close to everything! On top of all of this, the host is extremely attentive and dear!! We feel very welcome! The Estate was excellent, all as described. Perfect location. Apartment is very cozy. Let's go back for sure. Jane always very quick and kind to respond, and to Sandra who welcomed us there, very sympathetic and requests.

That was great! We were in 3 people plus a small dog. The beds and bed linen were extremely comfortable and clean, the air conditioned were working perfectly, and the bathroom well-structured, good electric shower as well. In the kitchen, there was a refrigerator, different from the photo that contains minibar, electric oven too, but we do not use, various kitchen utensils and dishes as well. Super recommend it!

Quiet place, quiet neighborhood, has all the basics for a stay and some extras that we don't usually find in other places like washing machine and Alexa. Good cost-benefit, with clean and peaceful beach. Great for family stay.

GREAT!!!! Me and my wife had a great stay. Extremely complete AP, furniture and utensils to spare. We do not feel the need for anything other than what is in the AP. Everything very clean, organized and very pleasant. Mr. João very attentive and helpful. Mrs. Iliane who received us, and always very attentive, prescriptive and polite. I definitely recommend everyone to spend days at the AP, you'll be surprised. The VIEW is a bonus that will definitely make you fall in love with the place.
