Excellent Apartment! Flawless location, right in front of a gorgeous park. All very clean, modern and comfortable building. Delicious bedding and bath with great pressure. It was a perfect stay!

CRISTIANE'S APARTMENT IS WELL LOCATED, IN THE HISTORIC CENTER OF PORTO ALEGRE, CLOSE TO PRÇA DA MATRIZ AND THE SÃO PEDRO THEATER. THERE ARE BARS, RESTAURANTS AND A SUPERMARKET NEARBY. CRISTIANE AND HER DAUGHTER VICTORIA WERE VERY HELPFUL! THE ONLY DETAIL THAT REQUIRES ATTENTION IS THAT IT IS NOT A 1-BEDROOM APARTMENT, IT IS A JK DIVIDED BETWEEN BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. BUT EVERYTHING IS VERY TIDY AND BEAUTIFUL! I WOULD HAVE EXTENDED MY STAY IF IT WAS POSSIBLE, BUT THERE WAS ANOTHER GUEST... GOOD LUCK!

The apartment is clean, comfortable, very well structured, corresponds to the listing. easy to enter, the garage next to (pays the part) extremely easy to access. The building is super safe, and the surroundings are great, pharmacy, great restaurants. we love and we will be back for sure.

Although we stayed only 1 night, it was great. The Neighborhood is great and the infrastructure of the building too. Wifi fast to work and powerful air conditioning throughout the building. Generous pool area and complete gym. It's worth it.
