We were delighted to stay in this well-equipped place, enjoyed the friendly welcome and the information provided, the flexibility of the hosts, a sea view with a WoW effect 🤩 really enhanced our romantic meals on the balcony or to relax or to have an aperitif. Guy’s studio was lovely—it truly felt like home. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with real soul put into it. We had everything we needed, and the sea was right in our backyard. The building is in a residential neighbourhood, making both the days and nights peaceful, yet you’re still within walking distance of a few shops. Our host Guy, was friendly and responsive, we would definitely book his studio if ever in the area again-which we hope. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay here.

excellent stay. the apartment is faithful to the description, very well located with a magnificent view! we enjoyed excellent restaurants. a very nice walk to do on the coastal path of the peninsula of St Mandrier. we will gladly return for a longer stay.

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay in Benjamin's apartment. Cecile gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything. The apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. It offers great seats inside and outside and on the large TV you can watch Netflix movies with your own profile. There are no board games and only a few hangers, but spacious chests of drawers and a wine fridge. Thank you for the rosé. The beds are comfortable and the view on the terrace is fantastic. The house is quiet and beautifully located. If you love exercise, you can also walk to shopping, the port of Cavalaire or on the other side to Bonporteau beach in about 15 to 20 minutes. Since it is a building with several apartments, the tenants above us were hearing something in the first week. Unfortunately, private access to the sea was blocked for safety reasons. However, there is another exit to the sea with about 334 steps within walking distance.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbours who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by JJ and Christine. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the swimming pool, gardens, petanque court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. exceptional location, the house is original in terms of its structure. you live inside/outside and the feeling of freedom and change of scenery is total. Easy access to the sea via a small steep staircase, restaurants nearby, complete and functional house equipment. great experience!

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

An exceptional stay, well beyond our expectations! The house is simply splendid: set on the water, with a breathtaking view, and full equipment that makes everyday life incredibly comfortable. You feel like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The apartment with Yves corresponds very well to the description. It's a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time at the Cote d 'Azur. we really enjoyed every day. Yves is wonderful, very hospitable and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment was beautiful and the view of the sea from the balcony was fantastic. Marion asked us in advance about the check-in and check-out times, which is very flexible. There were also different surprises (e.g. a booklet full of information about the area) and the apartment was very well maintained and nicely furnished. We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I don't see anything. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

cute studio, well appointed. It's small but it's all there. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. La Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.

Thanks to Matthieu for his hospitality and for his pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the access to the apartment, which was secure but very easy (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.
