We invite you to one of our 6 houses - the LAS house. It is part of a complex we have created with 2 swimming pools, a large common area, and a playground. The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

Close to the western Masuria. 2 hours from Warsaw and Gdańsk S7. Perfect for slow life, remote work, vacation. Right on the shore of the lake and 100 meters from the forest (there are mushrooms) there is a new modern villa overlooking the lake from every room. Neighbors - over 250m from the house. The nearest store is 850 m away. Full equipment + attractions - rowing boat, kapoki, ping-pong table, bonfire place, scooters for children and bicycle. 5 minutes to Iława and restaurants (they deliver meals), swimming pool, cinema, shops. Fish are biting.

We invite you to the house by the lake in Masuria. A spacious house after a general renovation, rooms with bathrooms, an open common living room with a dining room and a kitchen, a hot tub, a large and fenced plot directly on the shore of the lake, a beautiful view from the pier on Lake Kałdunek Duży. A place where everyone will find something for themselves.  We offer 4 rooms with private bathrooms and 3 rooms with a shared bathroom. The entire property and the living room, dining room and kitchen are for shared use for all guests.

A 2-bedroom cottage with a hot tub.

Domki u Joanny are two holiday homes, open all year round. They are located in Przezmark in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The houses can be rented separately or together, which gives the opportunity to rest next to each other for a group of up to 23 people. The cottages are facing each other, on separate, fenced plots. They are separated by a narrow gravel road. A 5-person rowing boat is also available. The distance to the lake is about 250m, and to the forest it is about 300m. There is WI-FI in the cottages. We accept pets.

Marina Summer is an asylum for all those who want to slow down and choose places with a chance for a kind of "chillout". The new apartment has a large balcony. The apartment has everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes on your own. The bedroom will provide rest after an active day. A place for those who want to relax

The cottage is very close to the forest (200 m) and two lakes (about a kilometer to each of them). The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest, regeneration and recreation. There are walking and cycling trails in the area. The place itself can serve as a starting point for those following the trail of Gothic castles, or for those who would like to visit and get to know the charms of three voivodeships. Cranes like this place very much and the roe deer can come to visit, although quite shyly.

A house with two bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a fold-out sofa. Living room with a kitchenette. The cottage has: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV, toilet, shower, towels, bedding, iron. The kitchen is equipped. The cottage area is fenced with a mini playground. Guests have access to a barbecue and a hot tub. The beach is an 8-minute walk away. In the village: bars, restaurants, shops, water equipment rentals, lookout tower, amphitheater. A perfect place for a comfortable stay.

The house on the escarpment is located away from the hustle and bustle. The windows overlook Lake Motława and right next to it there is a forest belonging to the Iławskie Lake District, famous for its close to 100 lakes and forests rich in a variety of flora and fauna. For active leisure enthusiasts, we have prepared trekking bikes, SUPs, kayak, pontoon and the possibility of renting a sailing boat. And above all, the house has an atmosphere that makes you not want to leave it.

We invite you to a unique, year-round holiday home located in the picturesque village of Gaj, surrounded by three lakes: Dębno, Kakaj and Wielki Staw. It is an ideal place for those who want silence, space and closeness to nature – both in summer and winter. Our house is located in the first line of buildings from the lake – just a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Brzozowisko Zalewo TinyHouse in the Masurian countryside surrounded by meadows and forests… A quiet and peaceful place, created to rest and calm down… There is a large pond with fish, a garden and plenty of space. We have bicycles at our guests' disposal, which will make it easier to explore the area and reach the beautiful Gil Wielki lake, located about 2 km from our Brzozowisko.
