The apartment is a great base for exploring the Opatija Riviera on foot along the seafront – the Lungomare. Lovran, Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun, the islands of Krk, Cres, Rab and Lošinj, the national park, Gorski Kotar. Ucka Nature Park has walking trails near the apartment. Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.
