There are also plenty of seasonal activities, such as skiing, hiking, river play, hot springs, and Hokuto City, which is surrounded by famous peaks, has many viewpoints where you can enjoy views of Mt. Yatsugatake, the Southern Alps, and Mt. Fuji. There is also an abundance of spring water. Please try to find them. The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. This is a highland villa area about a 10-minute drive from Iida Interchange, and the renovation house has opened as a guest house for renting the entire house. It's not luxurious, but it's been renovated with a focus on creating a comfortable space. Located next to a campsite, you can enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck, take a walk along the lake, go fishing, and more. (The campground is a separate fee. Please check with Sawashiro Ranch Campground) Indoors, you can also enjoy a home theater with a projector that is easy to operate with Wi-Fi. Connect to your Amazon Prime Video and Netflix accounts. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy it at high volume anytime. Feel free to use the 84 ㎡ occupied area during your stay. You can use the washer and dryer for free, so it's great for long stays. We provide self-catering facilities so you can enjoy your stay according to your travel plans. In winter (January-March), snow and ice may remain about 500 meters from the campsite. When you come, please come with a car with studless tires and, if possible, with 4WD.
