Relax and enjoy the peace of nature! A two-storey log cabin located on the shore of a lake. The cottage has a well-equipped living room/kitchen and a utility kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine and drying cabinet. There is a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, and beds for four in the upstairs rooms. Toilet inside. There is a wood-fired sauna, shower room and toilet next to the cottage. Hot water. In the yard, a gas grill, an electric smoker, and a masonry pan. There is a jetty, a rowboat and a canoe on the beach. A SUP board and an electric motor for the boat are also available for separate rental.

In the cottage by the shore of Höytiäinen, you can spend your holiday surrounded by a unique lake landscape. The wood-burning sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food with the Airfryer, in the microwave or on the terrace on a gas grill. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen tap. If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace of nature, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Mini-house on the shore of Lake Saimaa

You will always remember the rugged landscape of this destination. The property is located near Kolovesi National Park on the shores of Saimaa Pyyvesi. The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved country road. There are neighbors on the property. The mini-house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building dates back to 2024. The accommodation is ideal for those interested in hiking, cycling, fishing and paddling.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.

A hand-carved 100m2 log cabin on the shore of Lake Saimaa, completed in 1995. Peaceful milieu just a few minutes drive from the services of the center of Varkaus. It's a great place to relax for a weekend, or a longer stay. Basic amenities and cooking utensils. The cottage is connected to a very spacious wood-burning sauna. A hut in the yard and a grill canopy in free use. The cottage is suitable for a year-round stay, but it's a good idea to book woolen socks:)

A modern cottage on the shores of Lake Saimaa. The view from the large windows of the cottage is relaxing and the terrace is pleasant to spend summer evenings. The wood-fired beach sauna heats up quickly and has good steam. The holiday cottage is quiet, the nearest neighbors are on the opposite shore, but the church village with its grocery stores, cafes and other services is close (3 km). The cozy summer town of Savonlinna is 35 km away.
