I loved the apartment. Very organized, cozy . Enough privacy and security of the condominium where it is located . Friendly host, quick to respond and always make herself available . I recommend it.

Host Elisangela was very kind and kind. There were mimics waiting for us, cards with positive messages! We feel at home in the apartment! Bakery right below, grocery store, restaurants, a beautiful waterfront for walking, etc. I want to come back soon!!

The apt is very,very clean,smelling,very well organized and very well located, the pans are in a way that I had never seen again,pots so bright that you can make them in a mirror,in the kitchen everything very clean too. The appartement is really everything it presents in the photos. The location is great. Close to restaurants, beach and access to the main road. D.Gloria was very receptive, leaving us very much at will and made himself available for the need. Super indication.

The house is just like the pictures! The reception was wonderful, welcoming! Wonderful House! exceeded expectation. everything clean and organized. My family and I were well accommodated and enjoyed the spaces of the house well. The house is quite large. The pool area and the yard are great, the balconies huge. All the same in the photos. Great gourmet area. I request Friendly Host, always paying attention to us when we needed it. Everything perfect and like the photos!!! We were greeted by Andrea's daughter, who advised us on the space and use of the amenities of the listing. It was a pity that I had a health problem in the family, and I returned quickly to my city and could not enjoy the last day. The pool was very clean and sunbathing all day. Note: For the hottest: the room is currently air-conditioned (11/4/25). I think because of some difficulty with electricity stability in the property. But there's a fan in every room!

The house has a good indoor space, covered balcony with barbecue, large table with chairs, large room. A very well equiped kitchen. The playground in the backyard is a charm! Pool and poo table had a lot of fun. In the bathrooms, there was a great need to have support shelves. Some of the mattresses are very old. We had problems with the showers and promptly resolved. It is not close to the beach, but in compensation a few steps away from bakery and market. Aceitar pet was another differential.

I would like to thank Suzane immensely, Leonardo for the welcome and this made all the difference in our stay to spend the New Year's Eve. The house is in a very safe place, gated condominium, where in the surroundings there is all necessary commerce, including large supermarkets and 24-HOUR UPA and pharmacies. The house is very large and spacious, has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms , with a very large living room and kitchen. In addition there is a very pleasant garden in the front of the house and space to park the vehicle if necessary . My family and I were very happy in these 5 days. I highly recommend

The stay at Stéfanny's home was extremely pleasant. Starting at the reception during the check-in that was made by Mr. Evaldo e pel Mrs. Jane, a very friendly and helpful couple who explained everything about the house. We were very attentive with us during the entire stay. The house was well cared for, clean and comfortable, with two living rooms equipped with Smartv with access to the main streaming platforms. The bed and the couches are also very comfortable. In the condominium area we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, there is also how to book barbecue. The location of the house is also great, very close to one of the accesses to Lagoa de Araruama, which has a beautiful view. We like the house very much, and we will certainly come back more often.

It was a great stay, every day was perfect!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The accommodation is simply wonderful! Nice was super kind, already gave great directions for tours and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, just like in the pictures. Very comfy and cozy space. The condominium is also amazing, we love the food at the restaurant, the place is very beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it!!

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
