My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Erisa's apartment. Everything was super clean and tidy. The apartment is tastefully decorated and all amenities were present. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Erisa is a super good host. Communication with her was very pleasant. The apartment is close to a beach. And there are plenty of dining options nearby. The location is perfect. From Sarande, you can visit the surrounding areas. Thank you for your hospitality, Erisa. 😊 We'll come back!

Great apartment,close TO the center,clean,impeccable communication.

Spiros was easily reachable by phone from the first day to the day of departure and greeted us nicely. Spiros even wanted to pick us up from the bus station in Ioannina on arrival. That meant a lot to us, because not everyone offers something like that. There were sweets for us in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the bed linen smelled good. The rooms were very professionally coordinated in terms of colour and decoration, so that well-being and relaxation could unfold. In simple words: I would definitely recommend this accommodation to any friend and family members!!! Thank you, Mr Spiro

Fantastic location steps away from the beach. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The host was very responsive to the few issues we had. Some maintenance needs but it was end of the busy season so I am sure those are typical. Kitchen is not very well equipped so if you plan to cook bring a good knife, some cooking utensils and any spices you need. The views from he huge wrap around patio are incredible. Close to many good restaurants and a supermarket. And there is a private garage if you are driving in! Overall great value for the money and beautiful place to stay if going to Sarande.

The flat was extremely clean and had everything and more you would need for a comfortable stay! Our hosts were kind and proactive and shared local recommendations. I would absolutely recommend this stay!

The apartment was excellent! Very clean, beautiful, comfortable and quiet apartment. Mr. Kostas, very kind and helpful, informed us about everything and the free parking near the place. The location is very close to the lake and shops, taverns and cafes. It was all wonderful! We will choose you again on our next trip to Ioannina.

Our stay was perfect for our family of six. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special mention goes to their wonderful 12-year-old daughter and younger son, whose excellent English and friendly spirits made communication easy and added a truly personal touch to our stay. The apartment has been updated from the listing photos, and it’s ideal for a larger family. There was enough room for everyone to relax comfortably, and it was quiet and impeccably clean. We especially loved the terraced outdoor area, which became our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee. Multiple porches off the living area offer stunning views of the sunset — a magical end to each day. The beachfront is an easy 8-10 minute walk away, and great restaurants are a 5 minute walk. We were provided 2 parking spots in the gated driveway for the duration of our stay. Our time here was a highlight of our 2 months in Albania.

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

It was one of the best places I've stayed. The house was easy to find, in the heart of the old city. It's an amazing location; everything is within walking distance, which makes your visit to the city so much more enjoyable. Also, Christos was kind enough to provide us with free underground parking which helped a ton with the difficult parking situation in the city and we are more than thankful for that! Also, the house was spotless clean, wonderfully designed with all the necessities. Just a heads up, because the house is located next to a small bar, on Saturday nights it can get a bit noisy from the music next door. Other than that, its a highly recommended place to stay from me! An extraordinary place, with a superb view, everything impeccable, modern, with 2 very large living areas, super equipped kitchen, cleanliness, everything minimalist with good taste. The terrace with the bay view, wonderful. I will definitely recommend the apartment, and I hope we will come back again. Harmony Villa is a recently renovated home tucked away in a private enclave in the old walled city. This three story, three- bedroom, two and half bath home has all the amenities – touch lighting, power curtains, walk-in showers and a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. A full washer and dryer are located downstairs next to the children’s playroom. The playroom leads to the one-car garage. Outside spaces are found as an upstairs balcony and a screened back lanai, both overlook a fragrant backyard flower garden. The home is also tastefully designed with avant-garde lighting fixtures, hardwood floors, fireplace, and on the wall coverings depict an idyllic lake. As we stayed 17-days, we prepared many meals in the kitchen with ease. Moreover, Konstantina is super responsive. What’s more is that the home is serviced every three days. What a find!

I had a great stay and felt well taken care of by my host. Highly recommended if you are looking for a central location. Extra plus for washing machine and dryer working well. Thank you and see you next time.

The house is modernly furnished, tastefully, and with high quality furniture. Super-equipped and high-end kitchen, like all the furnishings in the house. Everything you need in the house is available to guests. There are four double bedrooms with large closets, 2.5 modern bathrooms, two very large living areas and terraces in each room; no problem hosting 8 guests (for two families it is ideal). Adjustable air conditioning in every room. Access to a pebble beach through stairs (80 steps), but you can also get there from the street (2 minutes by foot). We had a problem with small (non-aggressive) bees entering our bedroom through the air conditioning duct. We have reported this to Frau Ingrid, and given the general situation we are sure that it will be resolved in a very short time. I think it would be fair to report on the website that running water can be used for cooking, but it is not drinkable.

The place was very clean, it contained everything that was in the description, it had its own parking lot and I generally liked it very much

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina's place! It's right in the centre of town so everything is walkable. We had fresh bread every morning from one of the many bakeries downstairs and the supermarket is only a block away. Very clean and tidy and had everything you could need - especially happy with the washing machine and dryer as we were mid-trip with two little ones. Katerina's mother went above and beyond for both check in and any extra we requested and we didn't want for anything 🙂 Katerina's home is a great size for a family too. Good size first and second bedrooms, large lounge and huge kitchen table! I will definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Sarai! We were greeted very warmly and with great kindness by Babis (the host's dad). The apartment and pool were very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. By car, many beautiful beaches can be reached (5 - 10 min). Of course, we also got a lot of helpful tips from Babis. We also did a lot of that (beaches, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (the host's mom) is also so sweet. As soon as you needed something, it was done in a few minutes. My daughter (3.5 years old) also received a sweet gift from her. She was very happy about that. Air conditioning is also provided, which was great in the August heat. Every morning, my daughter also played with the cute cats there. What was also very positive and what we did not know before: every 2nd day it is cleaned and you get new towels. ♥️

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Staying at Vasil's place was great! The property met all our expectations, with new furniture and a nice ambiance. Its convenient location made it easy to walk to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. Communication was smooth and seamless. Highly recommend!
