On the edge of the cliff

Seafront, summer house with almost 360 degree amazing view. You can swim in the sea, which is about 30 meters away from the front porch. The summer house is located in the middle of a 4 decares land. The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.

Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

Moana Fishermen Apartment

Spacious 1-bedroom apartment located in a residential building facing the Ahtopol Lighthouse. Cross the street and your feet can touch the sea. The apartment features a spacious bedroom and a large living room with an open plan kitchen, tv, air-condition and dining table. Access the balcony from the bedroom and enjoy the views towards the sea and the fishermen boats and bathe in the rays of the sun in the late afternoon hours.

There is a mini fridge and an electric stove, for which we haven't added images yet. There is an immersion heater in the bathroom. Heating is provided by a wood stove.
