Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Die Ferienwohnung ist 26 qm groß, liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist für 1 Person (höchstens 2) zu vermieten. Sie ist mit einer neuen Küche, Smart-TV, Bett 1,40 m ausgestattet. Sie liegt 35 km südlich von München, 13 km vom Starnberger See und 19 km von der sehenswerten Stadt Bad Tölz entfernt. Die schönen Isarauen sind fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 1 Minute mit dem Auto. Gut ausgebaute Radnetze sind auch vorhanden. Im Nachbarort gibt es S-Bahn Anschluss nach München.

Eingang verfügt über eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Blick nach Süden auf Waldrand, Berge und See, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

Only for 1 or 2 Persons (included Children)! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

The Roche company is a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Super location in the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Lake Kochel and Lake Walchen can be reached in half an hour, Lake Starnberg and the Osterseen are very close!

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Quaint apartment in old farmhouse/private entrance

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

Iffeldorf an den Osterseen is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. It is not far from Munich and you can be in the mountains in no time. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly on your doorstep. Your accommodation is in the centre. In 5 minutes you can reach the Ostersseen, shopping facilities, and attractions. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes.

Former carpentry shop in Bad Tölz

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.
