The perfect apartment for business in Madrid located within minutes of Madrid airport by metro and Feria de Madrid (Madrid Trade Fair Arena). It's two metro stops from Feria de Madrid, three from Barajas Airport and four from Nuevos Ministerios, if you're sightseeing. It's also an ideal apartment to stay in while enjoying the breathtaking wonders of Madrid (shopping and sightseeing). Really well connected to the centre by metro or bus, or for visiting family (the M-40, M-11 and M-30 are nearby). The studio has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people. Comfortable and modern accommodation of 40 m². It has iron, internet access (wifi), dryer, air conditioning with heat pump, 1 TV. It is equipped with AC and heat pump heating. The kitchenette, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. This apartment enjoys a wonderful location in the city of Madrid, it is just a few meters away from shops and restaurants, and a short distance from different means of public transport that connect you in a few minutes with the city center. Capacity for up to 3 people, with a luxurious finish and equipment, completely renovated and without detail. The room features a full size bed, very bright exterior and bathroom with everything you need (gel, shampoo, a spacious shower, LED-lit mirror, etc.). Regarding the kitchen, American style and connected to the living room, it lends all those amenities and utensils so that there is no shortage of comfort during your stay. Although the studio consists of one room, this one is spacious and there is a double bed, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. Although the apartment has only one bedroom, the bedroom consist of one double bed, a terrace and plenty of wardrobe space. In addition, the living-dining room-kitchen has a very comfortable and practical sofa-bed. Also the sitting room/dinning room is fitted with a sofa-bed. Other Amenities: - fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, - TV, - towels, sheets, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, - possibility of requesting a cot for an additional cost (€30), - and possibility to issue an invoice. When you get to the apartment I will greet you in person. If for any reason I couldn't do it, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16 to 18 hours. Check-in after 6pm until 9pm will have an additional charge of €20 to be paid in cash by the guest at the time of key delivery. We have self check-in during those hours and it is free. Check-in time is until 11pm, as stated in the House Rules. If, due to circumstances outside of us (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of having someone greet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ in cash at the time of delivery of the keys. From 01h to 02h, 50€. After 02h it is not possible to stay on the floor. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss or forgetting of keys inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited under the sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than the ones indicated in the reservation. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of it. Although we are committed to keeping them for a limited time, you will need to send someone on their behalf to pick them up. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a place other than the accommodation.

The studio has 25 m2 and has a single open area with two differentiated spaces: comfortable double bed and living area with first quality sofa-bed, kitchen and TV. The bathroom with a shower is beautiful and cozy. The studio has a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Both mattresses are very comfortable and high end. Extensible table 4 chairs. There is a washer-dryer, full kitchen, dryer, toaster, coffee machine. Everything you need for your stay. Very quiet hot/cold climate control. The studio is fully rented for your enjoyment. It is an independent studio but if you need us we will be available. We will take care of you by phone practically immediately when you need us and if it is necessary to go in person to help you there we will be.
