The studio is part of a bigger traditional old Stone house, fully renovated and with great view to the harbour. One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

The house’s architecture is characteristic of Hydra, dating from the C18th and renovated according to local traditional techniques. The two-storey detached house covers a total area of 180 sq. m., composed of a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with A/C, WC, and bathroom. It also includes a private yard and a terrace with wonderful island views. It is conveniently located on Miaouli street-one of the few public streets WITHOUT stairs-just a 5-minute walk from the port.

Ermina's House is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. It is suitable for both couples and families as all the facilities, like free wifi and TV are offered. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent. The studio is about 12 minutes from the harbor, and 10 about from Kaminia beach, also there is a beach AVLAKI about 7 minutes, located in the back side erom the house. Two minutes from studio they are two mini markets.
