Fresh air in a quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's calm and quiet here. Only nature and at a stone's throw distance, there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. With the forest just outside and the beach 800 meters away, there is every opportunity for a relaxing holiday. If you want to experience the pulse of the big city instead, Stockholm's inner city is only 35 minutes away by bus. Here you live smoothly and comfortably and arrive to made beds. The bathroom is equipped with its own towels for everyone as well as hand soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen, there is dishwasher detergent, coffee, tea, spices and oil for cooking. Everything for a pleasant holiday.

Take a break and come out to the countryside and the sea! The house has two bedrooms with an 80 and 140 bed. Open floor plan between kitchen and living room with fireplace. Beautiful lake view with south-facing balcony. The house is about 2 km from the nearest bus stop. The bus trip from Stockholm takes about 50 minutes, and the car trip takes about 40 minutes. The house is not newly renovated but is suitable for those looking for a simpler accommodation with patina and rustic charm. Welcome to the Stockholm archipelago!

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Here in the arms of the forest you will find our Attefall house surrounded by peace and quiet. The area is filled with hiking trails that wind through the forest and only a stone's throw away you will find a beautiful lake – perfect for a cooling dip. Further a bit further away is the sea. In the front of the house there is a small deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. The home is just newly built and equipped with all the modern standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
