Holiday houses in Ida Grove

If you want to be comfortable and feel at home this is the place. I enjoyed the kitchen and cooked many breakfasts and dinners. It is well stocked with any utensil you would need to make a gourmet meal. Bed was very comfortable and I always felt well rested in the morning.

Great place to stay not far at from the water, house was very nice and clean as had plenty of amenities.

Good spot to relax near friends and family. Dog friendly with the fenced-in backyard was a major plus.

Six friends met here for the second time - first time in 2021 (college friends who meet annually). We found it peaceful and comfortable. More wonderful memories for us!

This is our second stay at Ed and Cindy's and five stars doesn't seem enough. We'd award them more if we could. Yes, everything about the 1875 House is physically perfect, but it's the intangibles; the love and care they put in to the place, the friendly communications, and the genuine concern they have for the comfort and wellbeing of their guests that make a stay there so unique and comforting. There's an old Scottish song with a chorus that goes, "Will ye no come back again?" This Scottish-American answers with a definite, "Aye!" Thanks, Ed and Cindy, for everything you do!

Keely and Cory’s bungalow was amazing! Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a wonderful place to stay

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

The house was perfect for me while working in nearby town. Cozy & clean. I will be back if I’m in the area again.
