Our 2+1 house is the largest and most spacious of our 4 fully equipped single-storey houses located side by side in a 2,610 m2 botanical garden. It is a 1.5-hour drive from Dalaman-Marmaris for guests arriving by plane. Marmaris Orhaniye village is a 45-minute drive away. We recommend that our guests come by private vehicle so that they can see more places and have convenient transportation. The world-famous Kız Kumu Beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are grocery stores on the beach. You can swim in the sea from many bays a short distance away. Datça is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

There is a sea view from every room and the living room, a shaded car park, and the sea is 4 minutes away by car. With unlimited Wi-Fi, you can manage all your business from our villa. It provides comfortable accommodation for families and groups of friends.

The outdoor swimming pool is for shared use. A lift can be used to go down to the main road. The beaches are 400 metres from the road and an 8-minute walk away. Kitchen utensils and essentials are available.

There is a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. There's Wi-Fi and Tivibu. Each room has a TV. The air conditioners are brand new. It's a super cozy place.
