Breathtaking views of the sea and mountains! This place is spotless and the host is wonderful. We had a fantastic stay. Just a heads-up that sound does travel a bit within the house, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Highly recommend!

Nice place in a quiet setting, but close to the main strip.

We felt completely comfortable in Nika's apartment. She was always quick to reach via chat and had many helpful tips about the area. Although the apartment is compact, it offers everything you need thanks to the well thought-out layout and amenities (towels, bed linen, oil/salt, etc.). We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the loving preparation - there were even small snacks and fresh fruit available to welcome us. We didn't miss anything. The location above Opatija brings a lot of peace and even a partial view of the sea. However, we had underestimated the ascent and descent a bit - we sometimes had to think twice about whether to start the walk in almost 30 degrees. However, since the significantly more beautiful beaches are in the region around Opatija and you need a car to get there, this was not a particular disadvantage for us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Nika and Tomo!

Natasha called us on the day of arrival, to say that the apartment was already ready. We could therefore enter earlier😀. She waited for us and explained everything well. Natasha is a very sweet woman. If you need something, she'll take care of it right away. The apartment is in the middle of Lovran, close to the sea. Ideal! Our dog could walk freely in the apartment and the roof terrace. Beautiful view! The dog beach was a fifteen-minute walk away. This was completely cut off by a fence and the rocks. Water shoes are recommended. The bakery and supermarket were also within walking distance. The Lungomare, the path that runs all the way to Opatija, is ideal for walking along the coast. You will come across plenty of terraces, beaches (mostly concrete) and villages along the way. It was very nice to stay in Lovran. Thank you Natasha!

We had a very good time. Communication with Iva was great, we were actually able to get into the apartment earlier with the baby. That was worth its weight in gold!!! We were very pleased with the attentions (liqueur, beer, cookies) from Iva. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has 2 balconies and you have a great view of Kvarner Bay from both. The garden with pool and barbecue area are very nice, so we could stay at home with the baby. Iva and her family are very discreet, but always available to everyone. Unfortunately, you always need a car to get somewhere! We enjoyed staying with the family very much! We can only recommend Iva's apartment!! Thank you!!

Perfect new and modern apartment. Location is excellent. Luka and Dea are perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, there was a bottle of wine, fruits, coffee capsules, shampoo and soap for shower, and more little details that show how much they appreciate and take care of their guests. Apartment is not huge but everything is well placed and really thought through, so it seems much bigger and it's very functional and beautiful. Would recommend it most definitely.

The apartment is really very large and very clean. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large living room. 3 balconies, so you can have sun or shade at any time of day. The large balcony has a wonderful sea view. We immediately had a good feeling when we arrived. That's how it should be on vacation. Everything you need is also available (incl. washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, etc.). Towels and bed linen were also provided. The host is very friendly and eager. Speaks good English and has delighted with one or the other homemade little thing. She lives in the same house and is therefore easily accessible when needed, without being intrusive. The location is nice and quiet. The beautiful view, of course, comes from the location on the slope, so the way back from the beach is exhausting. But it doesn't hurt either. Alternatively, many beaches are also easily accessible by car.

Great stay in Lovran! The apartment has a perfect location, you can see the sea directly from the balcony and it is within walking distance of the beach and the city. Andrea is very nice, always available and leaves nothing to be desired. We'll be back!

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. We really loved that balcony with the sea view. Good location, everything is walkable distance (supermarket on the corner, restaurants and beach are close as well). Entering in the apartment was very easy. Irena was cute and she helped us a lot. The bathroom is very tiny, and the only huge problem is finding a parking place. We were hunting every day to find a spot, but actually it’s a really big problem throughout the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

It was very, very clean and you had everything you needed and even more. The place is also relatively easy to reach on foot via a long staircase. The only drawback was the driveway, I'll put it this way: you shouldn't have lowered your car. But in everything, it was a great stay.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it to be based on the description. It was especially nice to simply step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you need. Vesna is an extremely likeable and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!

Staying with Elena was just wonderful! The apartment is modern, cozy and equipped with everything you need – you feel right at home. The private garden with terrace and the magnificent hot tub was particularly beautiful – perfect for relaxing after a long day🤗. Elena is incredibly warm and helpful. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests – the communication was straightforward and very friendly. The apartment was sparkling clean and lovingly furnished upon our arrival. Small details were also thought of, so you really don't miss anything.
