Quiet neighborhood! Great space:)

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Yuki was very communicative, willing to help, and gave great suggestions and instructions. The place was clean and in a good area. My family and I would stay here again if we were in the area!

Very clean and comfortable stay!! Best rooms we stayed in while in Japan. House had everything we needed and more. Yuki was great to communicate with, very kind, and check in/out was flexible and easy. Highly recommend and if we’re ever in Chiba again will be coming back here. :)

+ ve: There is no problem with opening the five suitcases, the bed is good to sleep, all the amenities that should be, the check-in instructions are clear, when there are questions, the response is very quick, the train sound does not affect much -ve: 1. The room is arranged on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, only stairs, the stairs are a bit narrow and not very good to walk (in fact, it's easy to see if it's acceptable) 2. The toilet has an odor, the smell has no way to scatter it 3. Although there is a washing machine, there is not enough space to dry clothes 4. The bathtub is small 5. No matter how many people live, there is only one lock key and it's not easy to get in and out

The room is bright and clean, great value for money, the host is very nice, very easy to communicate with, very happy to choose to stay here this time, it gave me a pleasant experience abroad

if you want to feel like part of the neighborhood and want the calm after a long day of rushing around tokyo stay here local restaurants and bars with friendly staff made this stay amazing also konbini at the corner cant be beat

Perfect for a solo traveler! Easy walk from Asakusa and Kuramae station! Host was beyond helpful and gave great recommendations on local restaurants! Easy access to a 7/11 and an easy walk to Senso-ji Temple! Would absolutely visit again!

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great little place, very clean and modern and incredibly accessible from the local train station. The host also has a number of helpful guides for check in and general living in the apartment, which really did cover every question I could have. I can only say I'm sad I only stayed for one night, I would not have minded had it been even a week stay.

Shinkoiwa is very convenient place to stay, if you want go sightseeing. It’s very easy to access to go very popular spots. The place is very close from the station as she explains. it was fantastic! We enjoyed staying at their place. Just for sleeping, it’s good enough space for three. Though, if there’s a little more space for the kitchen or eating place would be perfect. The owner is a very helpful, understanding and friendly. It’s very nice to have a quick response. We enjoyed staying their place for 4 days.

Great place to stay near NRT airport and not so far from the city. Value for money as the place is spacious for 3-5 to stay. Amenities are great and the accommodation guidebook is helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet but there’s a supermarket and 7-11 nearby which makes the night full of food. Host responses fast and is friendly. Recommend to stay here and thanks for having us.

If you are going to choose here, you are very right. It is near the train station and near shopping areas, Donki, shopping areas, 7-11, many restaurants. walking route from the train station to your home is not scary, not dangerous, and is in a quiet area, not noisy. But if you like bars or pubs, there are plenty of them in this area as well. The homeowner will give you advice and take good care of you.

We had an amazing time during our stay. After our long flight the kind host let us check in early. The room was clean in lovely neighbourhood with many restaurants and other services but in such a quiet peaceful area. The room had everything and more you’d ever need. It was the little things, personal note, toothbrush, many towels and other stuff. Honestly never seen an airbnb with so many amenities. We slept like babies, bed is perfect, aircon is working. If you see this room free, don’t hesitate to book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

This was a great place to stay close to everything and an easy walk to the Ueno station. It was clean and nice and everything worked well and instructions were provided for ac and other appliances. I can’t wait to visit again!

Very spacious, close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the landlord is very nice, and you can store your luggage.

the accommodation was perfect, as described, apart from the bed being quite hard, I highly recommend this accommodation. it is really easy to get to the different districts of Tokyo such as Shinjuku and Shibuya via the two metro stations within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. the host was more than responsive and was able to help us when necessary.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with a view of Tokyo's Sky tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host is very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!
