The house is cozy, tidy and has everything you need for pleasant days! Besides, it's easy to get to and you don't need a 4X4 car... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! The stay at Mr. José Urbano's residence was wonderful, starting with the attention they gave us via cell phone, informing us of everything in the house. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us to show us the house and always in a great mood, he left us charcoal and firewood. The house is super complete and cozy, we really enjoyed the facilities, such as the trail, the dam and the fishing. At the end of the stay, we felt at ease and in no hurry to leave.

Spacious local, my family enjoyed the pool and game room a lot. We had a mishap on the road, so the ideal is to follow Adriano's exact orientation as to the location. Taking that off, we spent a very nice holiday.

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Our experience was simply excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations: the place is very well organized, extremely clean, and fully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. You can see that everything has been thought through with great care to offer the best experience possible. In addition to the amazing space, the highlight goes to the host, Mauricio. From the first contact, he was extremely polite, attentive and always available to help with whatever was necessary. Your proactivity and concern to make sure everything was perfect has really made all the difference. All who were with us at the lodging were delighted and came out praising both the space and the attention they received. We will definitely come back for more opportunities. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.

We spent pleasant and calm days. The house has all the infrastructure to suit its guests. The site was beyond our expectations. Beautiful place and full of peace. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely come back more often.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is totally fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

Sítio Nova Europa is a paradise! Second time staying there. It is a perfect accommodation for the whole family, with a comfortable home, spacious environments, well decorated, super-equipped kitchen. The pool is delicious, we spend our afternoons sunbathing and refreshing ourselves. We play tennis, have nature tours, enjoy the sauna… everything impeccable! Communication with the host was super easy, and everyone welcomed us with open arms. And it's super close to SP! We did 1 hour door to door. We'll be back many times!

I thought everything was very good, for the kids it's great, so for the parents too =). My kids fell in love at first sight. I thought the kitchen structure with the view of the yard was wonderful! Really, everything is very well equipped and well prepared! Both we at the accommodation and the guests for Saturday loved it! All the children ended up playing and even had the participation of the marmosets, they were the surprise factor of the party, lol We took advantage of everything very well, we even made a bonfire on the 2 nights of our stay ❤️ Thank you very much for all the attention from the beginning of the booking to the check-out! Simply perfect! We spent an unforgettable weekend on the site. The place is a real dream: the architecture was designed in the smallest detail, uniting comfort, elegance and connection with nature. The house is impeccable, spacious, very well equipped and has everything (and a little more!) than we need for a perfect stay. The surroundings are wonderful, with stunning landscapes and a tranquility difficult to find so close to São Paulo. The location is excellent, at the same time accessible and with that tasty feeling of refuge in the midst of nature. It was days of pure relaxation and contact with a carefully planned environment to provide well-being. We can't wait to return!

Excellent location, great condominium, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful view, easy access, perfect cleanliness, we were well guided by Ida, always responding promptly, we had a great weekend as a family, very grateful for the "late check-out".

“Simply perfect! The place is a haven for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. Having a river running through the property was a real privilege – being able to fish right there, with all the peace and quiet in the world, was a unique experience, the children and Nina (dog) loved it!!!! And to top it off, the whirlpool brought that touch of comfort and relaxation after a day outdoors. The accommodation is super cozy and well cared for with all the necessary utensils for an excellent stay. We'll be back!!!!

The place is wonderful, we intend to come back more often. Super cozy town. Anderson is a super host, always requested, responds quickly and is quiet. We only have compliments. As all the guests said, it was a great find. Just make the reservation, I'm sure you'll like it.

Without words, Marta made everything and a little more so that our stay was the most pleasant possible, the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and super safe... As the house, it surprised us a lot, even better than in the photos, each corner has a decorative detail, the more you think; affection in every corner, the caring in every corner, the environment is super comfortable and cozy, the bed is wonderful, tv with several platforms; kitchen complete with everything you can imagine, I programmed several tours, but I really believe that I did not want to leave the house, the bathroom is beautiful; the wonderful shower... the lighting is simply perfect; leaving the night even more cozy, my woman was in love, would stay all day talking here, but I really believe that I can't find a better place, for a couple trip.... if I'm going to Atibaia!!!! Thanks for everything when I go to Atibaia; I'll always have my favorite place..... Gratitude.

Excellent place, with all the amenities and very thoughtful to make the guest's life easier. Every morning the caretaker would clean the pool and the jacuzzi. We also hired the bed/bath linen, in addition to the service with the cleaning lady Fátima, which was well worth it. Hosts with instructions and guide about the place, easy communication. I'd definitely come back.
