The farm is located within a gated community, with a 24-hour concierge and security! The condominium has a common area with a soccer field, lakes, playground and hiking trails! On the property, there is a swimming pool and private barbecue area, orchard, vegetable garden and outdoor and indoor fireplace. It's a great place to rest with the family! It is 15 minutes from Piedade and 20 minutes from Ibiúna, and is in the Paruru neighborhood, which has shops (market, pharmacy) for last-minute shopping.

We’re on the edge of the forest, so it’s natural to see wildlife nearby (birds, opossums, squirrels, monkeys), as well as chickens raised by neighbors.

The house is surrounded by a barbed wire fence, so if you think about bringing a pet and it is a runaway, it is good to worry, that they can escape under the fence.
