Chantal, Lissette, and Michelle were fabulous. Very quick to respond to any communications, took care of any issues immediately. Locals at security and the Colmado were super friendly and great to deal with. Shout out to Francis in security and Manuel at the store - he also delivered water to us often. Pool area was nice. We would recommend anyone staying in the complex long term have a car because the beach is a 30 minute walk and the shuttle is not always available. Uber is very expensive to get groceries. All in all a nice place and great hosts.

I’ve booked two future stays at your apartment for July/August as well as December/January! Our experience here can only be described as a home from home. Of course, my review has to be honest. We struggled to access the apartment due to the smart lock, however our cry for help was answered immediately. Would be good to provide instructions on how to use the lock for future guests. The coffee machine had a missing part, I couldn’t believe how quickly a new one was hand delivered (within in an hour)!! To sum things up, the positives far outweighed the negatives! Thank you so much for making our visit a memorable one! Love you guys! X

Thanks to Jenny our stay was excellent!! The photos do not do justice to such a nice apartment 🫶🏻 Well located in a gated community, very clean, spacious, with everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. It also had very well maintained green areas, a nice balcony facing the pool and always everything very quiet. The beach is nearby, there were not many people and it was beautiful the afternoon we were (we found the golf cart on the way and the driver took us very kindly). Thank you for everything Jenny 1000% recommended.
