Richard was very proactive with my stay from the start. He sent me all the information I needed to check in beforehand, responded very quickly to any message from me and was super friendly. The only thing that wasn't a 10 is that the office chair in the room is very low, so I didn't use the desk to work. Instead, I needed to work from the kitchen, which was a little inconvenient
