Grandma's cottage & courtyard sauna with amenities

Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-metre mini-cottage. Made beds and blackout rooms. The cottage can be cooled or heated. There are mosquito nets on the windows and an insect screen on the front door. The courtyard sauna has a hot shower + firewood for heating the stove. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchenette. Good instructions for all functions. 2 rooms, 2 toilets and 2 TVs. When you leave, just remove your own traces. NOTE: Wood heating and pets can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and an uneven yard can make movement difficult!

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Built in 2014, our cabin is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which runs the entire width of the cabin, allows you to experience the peace of nature in both winter and summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka town centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Genuine cottage atmosphere in Kainuu

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Lakeside Pines Cabin

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.

Henry Ford cabin on pienin uuden Rakkarannan lomakylän huviloista Syväjärven rannassa, Ukkohallan laskettelurinteiden läheisyydessä. Järvi ja rinteet avautuvat suoraan suurista ikkunoista ( pimennysverhot). Rantasaunassa voit nauttia puukiukaan löylyistä, järvimaisemaa ihaillen saunan ja saunatuvan suurista näköalaikkunoista. Not a resort. Not a hotel. Exactly what Finland actually looks like. A small off-grid cabin on Lake Oulujärvi running on solar power and firewood. No running water or indoor plumbing. That’s intentional. You light the sauna, pump water from the lake, and cook on gas or an open fire at the laavu. Note: this stay requires basic outdoor skills. You must be comfortable making fires, bringing your own sheets and drinking water, and doing the final cleaning before checkout.
