There were two small children, but it was very easy to use.The access to Sannomiya Station was excellent, and the interior was very clean.

It was very convenient for sightseeing to USJ and the Expo. Communication was also smooth. It was clean, but the building was old and felt a little cold even at the end of April.However, it was no problem because the heating can be turned on.

It was quiet and beautiful, as well as the surrounding environment in the house. It was great to be able to have a BBQ and a bonfire in the garden. We received a quick response to our request to rent equipment as soon as possible, and the explanation was very polite and easy to understand. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The listing might not be the cheapest option, but it is definitely worth it. We stayed as a family of 4, but because of 2 available sofa beds, a family of 6 or even 8 could stay here. The area seems to be populated by mostly elderly people, which is not a problem at all. There is a fairly large road nearby, and the windows are thin, so you do hear some traffic noise now and then. Definitely a good place to stay off you busy the Expo or USJ, or just Osaka in general.

I used it for a trip as a family of three.The interior is clean and there is a bedroom on the first floor, so my grandmother also had a relaxing time.The station and convenience store were just a short walk away, so there was no inconvenience.In addition, we would like to stay when we travel to Osaka.

Great location walking distance to Shin-Kobe station, even with rolling bags no problem as you can get there with no stairs. Apartment was as advertised, perfect for a couple people, laundromat downstairs was super convenient plus multiple convenience stores nearby, would stay again if we were needing to be near Shin-Kobe station again.

We had a wonderful stay that my son overslept and we missed our plane home. Our stay was wonderful more than we expected. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in a modern Japanese home. Amazingly wonderful!

It was a wonderful place to stay. The owner was always friendly, responded quickly and accurately, and accompanied our requests. The kids also love the room, "I'll stay in the darts room again!""It's better to see the aquarium of your room from Kaiyukan!"I assured you. The station is right in front of you, and it is very convenient, and I think some people are concerned about the sound outside when they sleep.Train chimes, ambulance and fire truck sirens were also often heard. Earplugs were also provided, but it didn't bother us that much, even if we didn't use them. Rather, it was right in front of the station, so I was able to sightsee without worrying about the fatigue of returning home. There is no elevator, only stairs, but if you don't have bad feet in particular, I felt no problem.It may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage, but there is also an electric cart to climb the stairs. My family of four stayed to Osaka, Kansai Expo, and USJ.In the new property, the facilities and futons were beautiful, and we had a pleasant stay. It was very convenient to get to the Expo venue from the nearest Osaka Port Station to Yumezhou Station, and I was able to walk around the venue and quickly return home and relax at night.USJ is close in a straight line, but you need to transfer twice to Universal City Station, which takes about 30 minutes. The IH stove was convenient for warming up frozen udon, etc. bought at a convenience store.There was also a washing machine and a gas dryer, so I was grateful to be able to do laundry and drying quickly. Most importantly, the proximity to the station is the biggest benefit, but the noise of the train, vibration, the station's departure bell, etc. will arrive indoors.Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.Also, it is difficult to open the windows for a long time due to outside sounds.

Very convenient place to stay in Kobe with all the amenities we needed. beds were comfy, bathroom was quite small but it worked for our short stay. Good place to stay in Kobe for a small group or family.

There was plenty of space in the room and the kitchen than I expected, and we had a pleasant time with a family of four plus one dog.Above all, it is clean and well maintained!The supermarket was a short walk away, so it was easy to shop.
