The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. We had an amazing and comfortable stay. Travelled as a group of 10 and the location was very comfortable as described in the description. Location is walkable from Hussain Sagar and in a peaceful locality. All rooms are spacious and clean washrooms.

The location is excellent, being conveniently close to Secunderabad Railway Station. The property was well-maintained, and all the amenities provided were great, making our stay very comfortable. Its a good property, surrounded by corporates. Other amenities like gym and swimming pool are not for guests.

Neat and cozy 2 BHK in a reasonable neighborhood. Good for budget solo/couple travellers in the area. Apartment was fully furnished, and the price was fine too. Harsha was very prompt in communication as well.

we had a great stay at the appartment. we travels with two small kids who really enjoyed the long walkway around the premisse and the playgroud, pool and tennis court. Roshnak was very helpfull and quick to respond. the appartment was pleasant and comfortable. the kitchen had all we needed. across the street was a mall with a few restaurtants, off which we tried a few (indian, italian, korean, sweets and coffee).
