Condo holiday rentals in Hyde Park, Tampa

Our stay here for 5 nights was great. The place was squeaky clean and well decorated. Host was quick to respond to the minor issues we had. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. As stated by previous reviewers the place is smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. It's fine for one or two people but any more than that would be a challenge. The bathroom was updated nicely but not made for a woman according to my wife - no bathroom counter space! The pool area was great, pool water was perfect, and the tiki bar had great drinks and food. A very positive experience for us!!!!

The condo was extremely clean, had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay here. Easy self check in. Location is great for anything at the stadium and restaurants and bars are within walking distance. House sits on a quiet street not far from it all. Would stay again

Beautiful location, a very clean complex the apartment itself was in great shape and provided of all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and a great communicator. The pool area and Tiki bar were a big hit. Great food and drinks. We loved that they served breakfast, which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, right on the water with a view. Easy to find and easy parking. The pool in the morning was quiet and beautiful and the restaurant/bar had great food (at night it was a little overrun by loud children). We loved the view and the proximity to attractions. The unit is cute and we found the living room bed very comfortable. The host was very responsive and willing to help with any issues we had during our stay.

We were very impressed with the accommodations, it was as described and it was very comfortable and convenient to downtown and Bush Gardens. There were plenty of amenities that we enjoyed. Pri was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent host! Orit was responsive, clear, and accommodating. Being so close to the Airport was very convenient and the drive to Clearwater Beach was scenic and peaceful. The unit was confortable and the balcony view was worth it. The pool is much smaller in real life, when it's overcrowded. We visited during late Spring-break though, so, it might be more relaxing when schools are in session. The beach rocks are very slippery and covered in sharp shells. If you decide to be brave it and climb down to swim, bring your own first aid kit.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay here while we were in town for a week working at the Straz Center. The apartment is spacious but still cozy with an incredibly comfy bed and sofa. Shaun was very helpful and responsive when needed. I would absolutely recommend this place, and hope to stay here again the next time I come through Tampa!

Super clean place, comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. perfect place to wake up and relax on the porch with a beautiful view.

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.

Awesome space, perfect beds, perfect location because we wanted to be with family during a difficult time. The decor and amenities were unbelievable. The families in the neighborhood were awesome to watch enjoy their homes.

Rosys place was just what I was looking for a weekend to explore Tampa, the perfect stay for my bf, bff and I. It was easy to get to, felt safe, beautiful surroundings, home was serene, no noise pollution, all amenities as described! Thanks Rosy!

This place was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The home was spotless and clearly well cared for, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.

It was better than the photos posted. Very quiet even in a large complex. Very clean and well kept. Lots of space for clothing.

Our stay here was great! Our goal was to find some place quiet and safe to stay while our family went to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island (about 20 minute drive) and this place delivered. This was a perfect place to relax after a day of dealing with crowds all day. This place had everything we needed. The location was great, parking was easy. What really stands out is the peacefulness. I don’t think we ever heard another human while we were there. If staying here, you will have to go up a set of stairs to the 2nd floor, they were a little steeper than I would consider normal stairs but easily doable for those who don’t have issues with stairs, just take your time going up and down especially with luggage. We really enjoyed the view of the lake which was very peaceful. The WiFi worked just fine and the TVs were modern and very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked just fine. The Hosts communicated well and were very responsive! Highly recommend!

Matt was very friendly over the phone when we arrived. The location is amazing and very easy to navigate once you get established with the parking garage!

This two-bed, two-bathroom condo on the third floor offers comfortable beds, clean and safe bathtub/showers, and spacious kitchen/dining/living space. The view from the balcony provided us with a bit of sunset and a morning glimpse of a dolphin swimming by. Bradley responded promptly via the Airbnb message board. We highly recommend this condo for your stay.

This place will give you beautiful sunsets. It’s nestled right between Tampa and St. Pete. Easy access to both. We felt right at home upon checking in.

Kind of weird to get in and out of the complex with the way Florida roads are but the condo was super cozy, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is super comfy. The shower is kinda weird (maybe it was user error, but there wasn’t a lot of water pressure). It was a lifesaver having the washer and dryer in the unit (we’re in the potty training trenches with our daughter)! The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Over all loved it and would book with her again!!

Akshay is an amazing host, absolutely kind & pleasant from booking to checkout. Great communication & very proactive about letting us know about damage from the previous party (did not impact our stay at all & he went above & beyond to notify me/rectify what he could in the short turnaround time between guests). The place has a beautiful view right on the water with a wonderful screened in porch. Some traffic noise from the lower bedroom, but easily fixed with earplugs or a white noise app. The upper bedroom is quite bright in the morning, however also easily handled with an eye mask. The beds & linens are comfortable & there is plenty of room. The kitchen & pantry are so well-stocked, I was blown away. Best Airbnb kitchen/pantry ever! Thank you, Akshay <3 Just FYI, the first floor units flooded during the recent hurricanes, so there are several storage pods around & construction vehicles/workers present during the day.
