10 out of 10 Ned is a Super Host in my book! My stay was last minute, and stressful for my family with fur baby in tow. I needed and received graciousness for a special check-in request. The home was the cherry on top! It is as pictured, cozy, warm, and very clean! The modern kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and gathering with ample seating. Bathrooms were clean, stocked with necessities. The backyard is a fenced in haven for hanging out on the deck and for dogs to be free and enjoy the grass. The home is in a peaceful livable neighborhood with working folks. I felt safe and sound. I plan to stay again and hang out on the deck once the pollen season is over while allowing my dog the run of the backyard. Thank you Ned for providing a beautiful, clean and cozy space.

William is a Great host he has unbelievable Customers service I can't say more than he's the role model for all Airbnb host !! we stood for Easter we had a wonderful stay !! wonderful neighbors safe area, Big driveway! master shower is a treat! major comfortable beds ! easy living for sure I would definitely stay again if in the area I completely recommend!

Our family was in town for a wedding and we needed a place to land. The house was perfect for my family. We rested well, played games and ate at local eateries. The Bluebird Bungalow allowed us to relax and enjoy our time with each other. The owners were very responsive to any questions and communicated with us regarding some planting at the home during our stay, which did not impact our time at all. In Graham, NC this place is a gem. I would recommend it for sure!

Very close to duke. Great location. Only negative was — only one bathroom which could be an issue if you have large family. Otherwise really good location and great communication.

My family stayed at Maria’s place so we could be near relatives for Thanksgiving. Her house was as described and very homey. It was well-appointed with lots of kitchen amenities (the nicest fridge I’ve ever I’ve seen!). The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. We were grateful to have a lovely place to stay while in the area. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Glenda's. Glad to have found a pet friendly spot so easily located in Durham. She was quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes drive to downtown. Would def recommend to anyone needing an easy spot to stay in Durham!

Emily is a great host and very responsive. The house is clean and comfortable. The outside screened porch is a wonderful space and very peaceful. Emily had a list of area activities, restaurants, coffee, and pastries. We had a full agenda this trip so did not try any of Emily’s suggestions but we will be back to grab a long, relaxing weekend soon.

Lanae was just the kindest hostess. We were coming to Durham to see our daughter and her partner. Suddenly their dog fell ill and Lanae was able to take us earlier. Her house is lovely - great pool, squeaky clean and near a beautiful park. We are so grateful for a perfect stay. We will be back! Laura and Joe

We stayed here while on a trip to play disc golf. Location was great for what we needed. We utilized the hot tub every night which was very enjoyable!

Ann was such a great host, the place was very lovely and very close to eveything, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We fell in love with this place. We weren’t ready to leave. We’d definitely stay again. Great space and hosts. Amy is very proactive and responsive. She and her team went above and beyond their responsibilities as hosts. We got an Easter basket of some of our favorite snacks and drinks! It was so thoughtful and unexpected. Amy seems genuine and is down to Earth. I’m very impressed with how she runs her place. It’s very clean and stocked. The kitchen had more dishes and cookware than I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb and we’ve seen a lot! The coffee and tea bar came in handy. All of the appliances were new and functioned well. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. The large TVs were definitely a plus! The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. I did not feel like I needed to come in and “clean” before we could settle into the space. Amy even found us a barber for my son! I felt comfortable asking her and she delivered. We were very happy with how the haircut came out.

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed in the apartment 4 times in the last 9 months I think and I’d highly recommend it to anybody. The gym within west village is fantastic and it’s so easy to walk to great places and also to go for a run. I love staying there and hope to be back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay. Each room had a white noise machine ! (Bonus… 💫) The apartment has a beautiful boho-chic aesthetic, coupled with the exposed brick and a vintage industrial feel. We highly recommend and would definitely make a return trip! The only drawback was completely out of the owners control and more of a heads up for other tenants: The covered garage is around the corner, so we advise that you unload your items in front prior to parking. 🫶🏾💜

Such a special and beautiful place to stay while visiting Chapel Hill/Carrboro. Perfect location just outside of town, not too far, not in the hustle and bustle of the city. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the birds during migration season!

Our stay at Kristen's Lakefront Paradise was exceptional. Every aspect of our trip exceeded our expectations - making the reservation, communication with Kristen, super easy to check-in, immaculately clean, and so many touches to make the cabin perfect and cozy! The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway. Kristen suggested restaurants and other things to do in close proximity that we enjoyed. There were so many extras that made everyone in the family happy. We loved the view, deck (comfortable furniture), outdoor area, and games. No need to be concerned with toiletries and many other "extras". We absolutely plan to stay here again!

We booked very short notice. Tim & Emilie responded immediately. And even helped me book correctly. So Thanks Again! We were in town for a funeral and needed a pet friendly place to stay. We have gotten so use to places not being as listed we were shocked at how CLEAN ! and comfortable The Red Door Cottage was. The king bed was so comfortable. The neighborhood was also quiet. Our furbaby loved exploring the backyard which was great! Would definitely book again.

I originally had a Airbnb booked already for this day. Once I arrive to that particular Airbnb I knew it was not an area that I would felt comfortable staying in so I looked for another one and I found Tiffany’s. Although we reserved it last minute Tiffany was very accommodated to make sure we were able to get access to get in. Tiffany place was very clean. We were able to pull in the garage and have privacy every time I reached out to her. She responded quickly if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Durham check Tiffany out! We enjoyed our stay.

The place was great, I would definitely stay here again. How to navigate the door lock should be included in the check in instructions, possibly a different lock should be added being that as soon as you put in the code the light on the keypad turned off so you can’t hit the check mark. The door also doesn’t lock just by closing it, you have to hit the sign and then there is a bit of a delay before you it locks, took me about 20 min to get it the first night and maybe down 2-3 min the rest of my stay.

Great for a longer term stay!

I recently had surgery at Duke hospital, and couldn't have picked a better place to recuperate. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and serene. I was accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law, who had their own bedroom and bath as did I. The beds were plush and comfy, as were the bath linens. I so enjoyed taking daily walks through the nearby cemetery. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive. The location is extremely convenient. Check in and check out were as smooth as cream. There were tenants in the apartment above, and their movements were easily heard. However, I would not hesitate to stay again.
